Damai Bungalow is a beautiful well run gem with easy scooter access to explore the whole Jelenga area.
Pros:

Beautiful mountain views and the most amazing pool. The pool is a new addition and was a lovely surprise! Great aircon. Best coffee in town and delicious food that is made fast. The owner Baba is responsive and available on short notice and communicates either in person or via staff. Very helpful in organising scooters that you will definitely need for getting around.

Cons:

As early risers it was a bit frustrating not to be able to have an early morning coffee before we set off. Some hooks to hand towels in the bathroom on the shower side would be good.

Pros:

Super comfy, in the middle of the nature and also next to the best cafe / restaurant in town. For coffee lovers this is amazing.
10mins walk from the beach where you can catch the boat for the surf breaks!

Cute property with 3 bungalows and a busy restaurant
Pros:

Cute bungalows and quite area, lots of cats in the lot and restaurant with good breakfast options.

Cons:

Quite small bedroom, not much storing space and dark and humid bathroom that felt unfinished. We indicated for the room to be cleaned using the sign provided by the door but they never did it.

Well known and with a well deserved good reputation.
Pros:

Well located for the beaches and village and a great restaurant on site

Cons:

The local style bungalows have been up a few years now and could do with a re-fresh. I like a kettle and small fridge in the room but these are not included.
