This place exceeded all our expectations that we can’t think of anything we did not like.

Very noisy Aircon, the bathroom can't try, all-time is wet and moldy

I just don’t like the smell in the bathroom the air conditioning was difficult to control.

Staff are lazy to entertain Nag booked ako, habang nasa manila International airport ako, dahil ang flight ko was delayed tinawagan ko yung babae mayroon na contact sakin update ko sa kanya na makaka checked in ako nag delayed , ang sagot nia hindi pa naman daw sila mag aacept kapag late chicked in, but explain ko sa knya sana maintindihan mo dahil ang flight ko was delayed, but the airlines delayed 3 times my flight so nag update ko sa knya.. sabi nia okay call lang daw ako kapag nasa hotel naku to chicked in, sad to say I arrived 3:40 am and call her, and she answer and told me she will call her collague to open the gate, after 5 minuted the boy was come out and open sa padlock of the gate, and never ask me to get inside first ang lakas nang ulan sahil bumabagyo kaya ang flight ko lagi delayed,
Im waiting morethan 20 minutes outside because the boy was go inside to get the key of my room and paper that i need so sign.. when The boy back to the get, he opened and never say nothing to me, and I ask him what floor? but she never anwer to me but Pinagpatoloy ko lang maglalakad hangang third floor, and I ask him what number of my room and tinuro nia sakin, the boy get inside with me, and he take the picture of my Id, and ask me to sign the paper, but the women keep asking if I am alone, and Sinabi ko sa kanya, sa manila palang ako alam muna ako lang mag isa dahil nagtawagan na tayo at nag uupdate ako sayo na lagi delayed flight ko,(typhoon) pero hindi xa tumigil.. sa pag tatanung, at tamad sila mag intertain sa tao nag booked sa kanila tulad ko na delayed ang flight,, hindi nila inisip ang conderation kung bakig ako na delayed, parang pakiramdam nila ako ay criminal dahil naka antay sa labas nang 20 minutes,, na ayaw nila papasukin ... take note this is my second time to check in . pero pakiramdam nila ay ako scammer at criminal ng pinag aantay sa labas..

Not didn’t like but probably there is a room for improvement as the windows are not double glazed nor soundproof so the barking of the dogs in the very early morning is quite noisy and interfere the sleeps.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the property pretty late at night already. The staff said he thought we weren’t coming anymore which meant that he knew about our booking. He took time letting us in anyway because he waited for a lady. It wasn’t ideal coz we were already tired and sleepy. What’s worse was that the lady took time explaining everything.
While we followed all the rules, it was an overkill especially that you can’t add rules on top of what’s advertised on bdc.
There was wifi but it was weird that the lady had to input the password instead of giving it to us. It was a bit of a hassle coz we just wanted to sleep and didnt have time to have her input on all our available devices.
The toilet holder was a bit low.
The guy was a bit withdrawn and the lady was bossy. They seemed not to care. They just want the rules followed.
Regardless, we’re not rating this low coz the place functioned as expected.

Not cemented road heading to the property

For short term nothing was bad., but........

It was an inaccurate description about the exact facilities and furnishing for the long term condos, because they are totally different. The only difference we were told is: There is no washing machine. But in fact it is only semi furnished, no kitchen only a sink, no bed clothes. If you walk in at night with only your suitcase you have a hard time. So you need to buy everything your own, even table and chairs and appliances if you want to live there, what we finally did!

The toilet bowl and the cover which was not properly installed and the rough road which is not yet cemented.
