Excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Location, location, location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room with good space. Large bathroom. Good variety of breakfast options.

Cons:

To get decaf tea/coffee available in the room. Also, to make a jug or glass bottle of water e.g. drinkable tap water available in the room for making tea or coffee.

Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-In unkompliziert. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, weshalb dazu keine Aussage gemacht wird.

Pros:

La décoration des chambres et de la salle de bain, tout à fait dans le style Indes britanniques. J’adore l’ascenseur aussi. De plus la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très spacieuses avec une baignoire (luxe qui devient rare dans les hôtels). Il y avait même une kitchenette. Joli moment. J’y retournerai lorsque je serai de passage à la cité du bout du lac.

Cons:

La vue du premier étage sur des échafaudages (mais c’est momentané)

Ótima opção para famílias no centro de Genebra
Pros:

Camas super confortáveis e quarto espaçoso para os padrões europeus. Café da manhã completo e muito saboroso incluído na diária.

Cons:

Muito barulho vindo de obras próximas ao hotel logo de manhã cedo. Estacionamento caro e pago a parte CHF 35,00 por dia.

Un très bon séjour, mais le déjeuner peut être amélioré !
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel était top. La chambre était propre, les équipements sont très bien pour une nuit.
La literie est confortable !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais sans plus.
Néanmoins, pas mal de choix pour un petit buffet (plusieurs types de lait, sans gluten, vegan etc). Le personnel du petit déjeuner est top !

Was a good price, in a great location, and with a decent enough breakfast, but could use a refresh.
Pros:

The room was well appointed but a bit tired, while the bathroom had some traces of mould and could use a refresh. The location, however, is excellent. The complementary breakfast was adequate, if limited.

Cons:

While the atmosphere was nice and the theme of the hotel interesting, the hotel could use a refresh in terms of updating the furniture and doing a fresh paint and deep clean of the walls and floors. Just felt a bit tired overall, and an update without going too sterile would be nice.
