Really great property, location was also good.
The bill/invoice for payment made was not provided to me inspite of reminders. This I don't like.
The guy who runs it was really friendly and helpful. There was no lamp next to the bed and no electrical sockets in the bathroom but he got a lamp and an extension cord quickly.
Could have been cleaner (a lot of dust behind the tv and in some corners, rest was ok). I lived on the ground floor for a week and it got noisy early.
Very comfortable and homely stay ,and restaurant are nearby to eat .

It's a bit far from main tourist places .If your happy to use local transport, it's cheap .
Owner was helpful and collected us from the station for 500Rs and rescued us when we were lost
Oversold concerning facilities but still good value for money.
No toilet paper, toiletries, balcony, private beach, only one towel, no sea view, no fridge yet WiFi was available and not listed. Hopefully this will help future bookings for both the hotel and guests as overpromising and under achieving helps nobody.
The neatness of the room and cordial behavior of the staff
The location. The property is near auroville beach Indian quarters and its a residential area. Have to travel a minimum of 4 kms to the attractions.
