Not worth the price.
Cons:

The rooms were not properly cleaned. I believe the housekeeping staff needs to do more to maintain the hotel's cleanliness. There were spiders and cockroaches in the room. The A/C was not working properly, and we had to change rooms twice.

The only good thing about the hotel was the staff member, Mr. Albin. Poor guy—he was always available and attentive to our complaints.

I think the hotel management should take the condition of the rooms more seriously. There is a bar in the hotel, and since the majority of the revenue comes from it, there seems to be little focus on the hotel rooms and cleanliness.

I enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a good location and away from the city and surrounded by greenery.

Cons:

The options for breakfast are very limited (dosa with sambhar and chutney, puri with bhaji, uthappam and omelette). This may be because the guests that stay at the hotel are very limited.

Pros:

The restaurant was closed due to some renovation work so there were eating facilities.
The hotel has recently been set up only.
The location was rubbish was it was in the middle of nowhere.
We had to get a taxi (very difficult) to go to a nearby restaurant to eat anything.
I cancelled my future stay with this hotel that I was booked on
