Disappointing
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

We had to book times for dinner and breakfast which is fine but then we had to stand and Que before being seated. We had booked a couples spa experience but one if the therapists was ill, again fair enough but they couldn't offer a similar couples experience was disappointing as the weekend was planned around this.

A pleasant stay but some facilities disappointing.
Pros:

I loved the surroundings, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The menu and food was fantastic. The rooms were modern, clean and quiet.

Cons:

We were happy to find a hotel with gym and pool facilities but when we arrived the pool was full and we didn’t get to use it in day one. This was disappointing.

When we used the pool first thing in the morning it was quieter but the sauna and steam room were not clean and the sauna was not hot at all.

Having stayed in the Redcastle a number of times before this was disappointing.

Fair experience
Pros:

Rooms are lovely, large and well equipped.
Lounge areas are very nice with comfortable attractive designer seating.
Breakfast was ok.
Restaurant has fabulous views.

Cons:

Being put on an adjoining room with a young family next door (not the children’s fault at all)
Little sound proofing between adjoining doors, so kept awake with shouting and then woken very early.
In the Pool area the steam room and sauna are tired looking, very small at busy times and scruffy.
