Cons:

Room service after 11 pm. Rang for room service at 11. No answer. We had to go down to the bar. Was told the gentleman who deals with it would be back 15' mins. He returned after half an hour. Ordered pizza. It was disgusting. Could. Not eat it.

We loved the location and the hotel itself. Would stay there again
Pros:

There was a good choice of breakfast food. The staff were really friendly and efficient. We were really happy to eat dinner at the hotel too although had only booked breakfast. Dinner was well presented and tasted as good as it looked.

Cons:

We only found out on the second evening that there were chairs outside where we could sit. They were overlooked by diners. It would have been nice if benches or seats were available around the front of the hotel and not just at the entrance to the bar area.

Nice for a little break
Pros:

Loved the location, loved that it had everything we needed! Spa, sauna, swimming pool. The most beautiful restaurant is located just 2mins walk (The Boathouse)

Cons:

The only thing for me which is personal preference was the bed was very very soft and I didn’t have a great sleep - the rooms were also very very hot and they do not have air conditioning which for me wasn’t good!

Absolutely loved everything about Redcastle Hotel!
Pros:

The location is spectacular! We had a lake facing room and it felt like we were on a cruise! Water as far as the eye can see! Our room was lovely and spacious.
Great leisure centre!

Cons:

Nothing! Would definitely stay again if we were in the area
