Relaxing overnight stay with picturesque view of the Foyle
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, large comfy bed, beautiful views from restaurant

Cons:

2 changing rooms in swim pool area; 3 areas of what looked like jacuzzi - no instructions on how to work, therefore no jets on. A little shower gel wouldn't go a miss at poolside shower. Pool reception could perhaps offer to sell shampoo/conditioner & a shower gel. Would request a pay for a better view from room next time (207) carpark view

Amazing, excellent and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Omg what a fabulous beautiful hotel. All the staff were so wonderful and welcoming. We attended a wedding and it was a perfect venue.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable the view from the room was lovely.

Cons:

The menu for the dining room could have been better and the price of drink was a bit on the high side.
