I Cavalieri dell' Ospitalità Alberghiera gestiscono questa struttura. 6
Pros:

Posto al centro di Genova Nord-ovest,tra la Lanterna e il Centro shopping La Fiumara, compreso tra il bacino portuale e ad est il famoso Ospedale di Villa Scassi eccellenza nella medicina delle ustioni, Sampierdarena è un popoloso quartiere storico operaio.
L'albergo Fiorita è stato in passato un porto sicuro,un alloggio dignitoso per centinaia di operai, corsisti, impiegati statali, famiglie,per brevi o lunghi soggiorni.Questa mia recensione è più una testimonianza di come la struttura,nel corso di decenni di attività abbia leggermente aumentato il prezzo.
La struttura oggi si presenta con infissi e sanitari nuovi, riscaldamento con termosifoni ottimo.Ho dormito in letto matrimoniale Memory con rete a doghe, stanza super pulita, asciugamani puliti e set monodose di cortesia, uguale ai tre stelle di Firenze.In zona ci sono tanti supermercati, trattorie,fornai e bar-caffe eleganti e boutiques in via Cantore, parallela all' albergo.
Alla reception, negli anni, sempre la stessa cortesia, disponibilità, rispetto del cliente.Costanti ed affidabili,il personale della struttura meritano un grande elogio.

Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo.
Pros:

Camera pulita, letto comodo, bagno non finestrato ma pulito e profumato. Posizione buona perchè servita da bus per il centro.

Cons:

La colazione non era inclusa.
L'acqua calda a volte non c'è se tutti fanno la doccia.
Ho sentito un pò freddo.

Pas de parking, pas de petit déjeuner alors qu’indiqué disponible, personnel suspicieux, clientèle suspicieuse, pièces avec odeur nauséabonde.
