Nat is a Exceptional Customer Service rep for the Siam Grande Hotel!!!
Pros:

All staff members were professional and very courteous, Spacious clean rooms, beds were Very comfortable, and plenty of parking are a few of the things that stand out. My overall experience for the 3 day stay was exceptional, especially coordinating my stay with Nat, for 4 rooms. Nat was extremely professional, patient, accomodated all my requests, and was the primary reason I decided to stay at this hotel.

Didnt actuall find anything I did not like.

Pros:

Das Hotel wird von schon seit Jahren wenn wir in Udon Thani sind gebucht. Es erfüllt immer alle unsere Anforderungen. Mittlerweile wurde auch das Frühstücksbüfett erweitert und nochmals verbessert.

Cons:

The staff that met at the front desk were not the brightest . Asked if they seved dinner , they said no and there was .
They put me on hold to answer the phone as they were checking me in .
