Nice and quiet
Pros:

No qualms about the ambience, the cleanliness or the services offered. However I took 2 bars of chocolate from the room that cost me 600. I only noticed later that it was 2 weeks past its expiry date.

Pros:

Service and cleanliness was excellent. Staff are good. But for a 5-star they seemed lacking in some areas where they missed keeping the snacks and beverages in the room as well lack of some important stuff required for a hotel stay.
Breakfast was good with good variety.
All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel

Pros:

Terrible service. Booked 3 rooms including a suite room. Exorbitant charges! No value for money! Regret booking here. Very unprofessional.

Pros:

Helpful staff. Clean good breakfast buffet. Expedia page says no check-in allowed after midnight, which freaked me out since my plane was delayed. I took a gamble and took a taxi to the hotel and was allowed to enter property. Since staff is present at hotel after midnight, why make customers worry that they might have to wait until following-day?
