Breakfast was good, dinner is reasonable. The room was spaceous and comfortable.
Naivasha has not too many suitable hotels and this one can be recommended for business people.

The location is not far off the road..
The pool location is at the open area, which is also the parking . May be a barrier or blinder is installed for privacy .
The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great recommendation for a driver to take us to town who was very reliable. The restaurant was quick with service and the food was good overall. Security was excellent. Also the gym had a wide variety of weights and machines to use. The location is very conveniently located next to the highway.
We needed laundry service because of our extended stay, but the laundry service is extremely expensive. It would have been cheaper to go to town and buy all new clothes for my family instead of doing laundry there. Laundry service at our previous hotel was 1/10th of the price. We traveled with our children, but were told at check in that even though there is a pool, we could not use the pool during the week due to conferences. When we did use the pool over the weekend, we brought guests with us. The staff came out in front of our guests to make sure we knew we needed to pay for them. Although we were aware of this, this could have been handled more discreetly and professionally.
