Pros:

Good location, bus station and houseboat port nearby. Clean and tidy room, everything works, room with window and possible opening it. Hot water. Very good value for money.

Cons:

If only there was a way to block the smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and then everything would be perfect. Luckily it only in bathroom and the ventilation works great there . I blocking it with bucket.
