At the edge of town but well situated for booking our 2 day backwaters boat trip.
100 rupee rickshaw ride to the beach.

Great place near boat trips
Pros:

Nice, clean room, fully functional, nice staff. Close to the trip boats but far enough away from main road so was quiet

Cons:

Only 1 restaurant open in local area, about 10 min walk away, otherwise go into town

Standard room has no balcony and hotel has no outside seating area
Bathroom needed better cleaning around the floor edges, bidet and shower connections and also the extractor fan

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights as it was the perfect place to look at the houseboats for our planned houseboat trip. We stayed an extra night as the guesthouse was so much better than we expected at the price.
Really good. Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet & excellent value for money.

Location is good. Closeby to boating private and govt.. close by ksrtc bus stand .

Cons:

Kitchen facilities to be improved . Hot water kettle, washing machine not working . No food facility. Lonely restaurant nearby is too costly .
