Charmante Pension zum annehmbaren Preis mit toller Lage und prima Service
Pros:

- der persönliche, sehr freundliche Service (sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert-dies trifft auf alle Mitarbeiter dort zu!)
- das Frühstück (traumhafter Cappuccino)
- die Lage (direkt in der Nähe von Wasserhaltestellen)
- die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Einrichtung (kein Touristenschnickschnack; alte, schwere Möbel)
- die Ruhe
- der Fahrstuhl

Cons:

- die schlechte Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Steckdosen (meine eigene Schuld, hätte mich vorab darüber besser informieren sollen, dass diese mit unseren Steckern nicht unbedingt kompatibel sind)
- keine Fliegengitter (wegen der Mücken! Ist aber wohl aufgrund der Zugänglichkeit zu den Fensterläden kaum machbar. Nun, die Mücken haben sich wohl besonders über mich sehr gefreut. So wurden meine Töchter wenigstens verschont.)

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Wir bekamen eines mit einem Doppelbett und einer Liege. Für die zwei Übernachtungen war das okay; bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man schauen, ob drei Betten nicht doch besser sind. Dass die Zimmer (und dazugehörigen Toiletten) in Venedig eher klein sind, sollte man vorher wissen und sich dann nicht wundern. Hat uns also nicht gestört, weil wir eh nur zum kurzen Durchatmen oder Übernachten dort waren.

Charming quaint stay
Pros:

Lovely charming hotel! I travelled solo and the location was perfect (couple mins walk from Zattere stop) and the building itself just wonderfully preserved - really appreciated its character and the staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Would have been great to have a kettle in room but something Im used to

Schöne Tage in der Pensione Seguso
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, guter Tee, guter Kaffee. Schöne silberne Kännchen. Gediegenes Ambiente. Vaporettostation fast vor dem Quartier. Sehenswertes leicht erreichbar. Die Heizung funktioniert perfekt. Freundlicher Empfang. Freundliche aufmerksame Betreuung beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Pensione come una volta
Pros:

Pensione tradizionale, con atmosfera di una volta. Personale molto gentile.. posizione stupenda, panoramica e comoda per i trasporti. Colazione di qualità.

Cons:

Pur mantenendo lo stile all’antica potrebbe rimodernare leggermente le camere ed aggiungere qualche comfort.

Sejour charmant !
Pros:

Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur le canal, et quel plaisir de se réveiller dans ces conditions !

L'hôtel est un brin désuet, mais très charmant. Son emplacement est idéal, très proche du centre tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour être dans un quartier moins touristique, avec les musées, de bonnes adresses de restaurants et de bars aux alentours. Il est également très calme.

Le personnel est adorable, parlant plusieurs langues dont le français, et est très arrangeant.

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Luogo autentico con personale molto simpatico e disponibile. Si percepisce il carattere assolutamente individuale e irreplicabile dell’ambiente conservato rigorosamente così come era pensato tanti anni fa. Il profumo di altri tempi, un immersione in una Venezia di Ruskin, Brodskij e Visconti, e quindi un luogo poetico, e quindi lontano da certe aspettative volgari del turismo moderno.

Vi trivdes och kände oss som hemma!
Pros:

Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, välstädat och prisvärt. Fin utsikt från rummet över en glimt av vattnet och kanalen.

Cons:

När man ändå anstränger sig med frukosten som man gör på detta pensionat skulle det också kunna finnas någon grönsak och frukt. Det var lite lyhört.
