Pros:

Needs 6 stars. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Our ferry was late and arrangements were made for a seamless afterhours arrival.
The room was beautifully appointed, the shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable
Charlene was friendly and helpful and a great ambassador for Picton. She should be proud of her accommodation facility

Great place to stay if transiting. Only a few minutes away from the Picton ferry exit.
Pros:

Well appointed , even had basic cooking facilities in a 1 bedroom room.

Amazing staff coped with 4am arrival and late checkout.

Sliding door to bathroom sticky/hard to open/shut.
Shower was wet floor with no curtain so floor got very wet.

Pros:

Good location for gerry link to North Island. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good facilities. Everything that I would have expected. Laundry facilities were out of order but 2 24hr self service laundromats within easy walking distance. Good access to shops and value for money when comparing to other motels stayed at.

Gutes Motel vor allem wenn man spät mit der Fähre anreist.
Pros:

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang, ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man für eine Übernachtung braucht, liegt an der Straße zum Hafen von daher reger Verkehr zur Fähre.

Great staff, and shuttle into city center, but ask for a room away from the street.
Pros:

Staff was terrific, and gave us rides into town for both a recreational boat ride and again to the ferry when we checked out.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the highway and it's a busy truck route, and big trucks were passing all through the night, making it difficult to get a good night sleep

Pros:

Well, everything you need in a hotel room was there. Good bed, good shower, good kitchenette, sparkling clean and very spacious room as well. Shirleen is very welcoming person always ready to accommodate you...late check out, laundry making for you, even offering you to drive you downtown. Wow!!! Exceptional service. Is she the manager or the owner...or both, anyway I never asked her!! I would recommend this place anytime.
