Pros:

The room was large and very comfortable and well equipped. Room had a good sized kitchen and quite a large bathroom. Main room also had bunk beds.
Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would highly recommend this motel and if I'm ever visiting Picton again will definitely stay here.

One of the best motels we have stayed in!
Pros:

Superb place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Service from staff exceptional. Easy walk to amenities. Owner offers free transportation to town and ferry if needed. Would highly recommend!

The size of the room

Cons:

The cockroach at 3am in the morning, the noise from both adjoining rooms , 1 had there tv on all night , the other people were loud and sat out side late being loud , and no consideration for the early start noise,s .I would definitely not stay there again
