Good location and Spaciuos toom, room for improvement though.
Pros:

Spacious room, great location really close to station and shops, restaurants etc. The ladies that work there, were lovely.

Cons:

The room smelt strongly of smoke, which was unpleasant. Also there were traces of cigarette ash on the floor and it was fairly dusty in place.
We were aware it was a Love hotel and that didn’t put us off. Guests should be aware of this and that the hotel was frequently used by casual guests.

ほぼ快適で立地も良く楽しかった
Pros:

部屋も広く綺麗で快適でした。
フロントの方もいろいろ丁寧に教えてくれてとても良かったです

Cons:

部屋の冷蔵庫が故障？してたみたいで使えなかったのが残念です
お風呂のジェットバスも故障してたっぽい

It could be super nice.. but got out-dated and messy room
Pros:

It had so much potential - great location compared to other love hotels, spacious room, jacuzzi, small and big TV, free goodies at reception, great bed and a window with a view from above. I liked free drinks at reception!

Cons:

However, we got a super messy and very old room. The whole hotel smelled of smoking. When you reached your floor, you could see a private messy staff staircase (not a good impression though). The worst thing was that when we tried to sleep we cannot find how to switch some lamps above the bed (it was not the first love hotel, so we were aware of all buttons and tried everything). Eventually we needed to take the bulbs off in order to be able to sleep..... Also, the TV was also misbehaving - some buttons worked and some don't leaving only sound without the screen :D all in all, the price is very affordable for one night.

闹中取静，便于出行。
Pros:

位于道顿崛东边，从大阪上本町车站出来向北走6分钟即可到达。闹中取静，去商业区和大阪城公园等地都方便，可就近乘地铁、近铁、JR线出行各地。房间宽畅，设施周全。

没有早餐。

Camera grande in una posizione comoda per la città, letto comodo e distributori di bevande gratis

Cons:

É un love hotel a tutti gli effetti...con toys sui comodini....
Bella la vasca idromassaggio e il bagno, ma la pulizia pessima
In reception non parlano una parola di inglese

なかなか良い
Pros:

ウォーターサーバーがある
駅が近く大阪に旅行にいく場合にだいたいメインとなるであろう心斎橋 なんば 梅田 等々がかなり近い
あとドリンクバーが何気に有難い

Cons:

髭剃り用の消耗品が有れば有難いかなと思った。

Buen hotel, cómodo espacioso y con buena conexión
Pros:

Habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. Personal muy amable. Limpio. Cerca de estación de metro y de la línea que va a Nara. Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Cons:

Era un poco difícil usar el panel de control de la domótica, que controla las luces, TV, etc. Vendría bien un manual en inglés.
