The property is very nice but the person sitting at the counter was pathetic. Didn’t know how to talk and respond to me. So u don’t like the staff hired. Rest everything was good

Pros:

We were dissatisfied with the Staff Services.. Inspite of our Breakfast included in final amount.. It was not served to us and we had to even drink the tea with our paid services

Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We asked for a scale to measure our luggages and they took us to their kitchen where they have a proper scale. The food was delicious and had a variety on each day at breakfast.more over you can ask for anything which is not in the breakfast buffet and they don’t charge for that. Room was cleaned everyday and safety is 100%. If you are traveling to Navi Mumbai, this is the place.

Cons:

I think the mattress was little old or had something manufacturing defect. Due to that our back were hurting everyday in the morning

The receptionist Ms Dipti. She was really helpful. Kuddos to her customer service skills.

Cons:

The price for a day is very high. One can get similar hotels, at 30/40% less price.
