Cons:

When enter room bed linen was dirty , it was dirty linen. Reported to reception , after that linen had been changed.Tv cable channel was not working .

Pros:

There was no room available when I reached at the property with my family at night.The receptionist was making drama infront of me that he don't know how it happened and don't know about my reservation. Then my family and myself were literally on road at night and searched for another room in Kochi.How to believe booking.com if this is the situation?Pathetic
