Perfect for a comfortable neat and reasonably priced place to stay for work or leisure.
Pros:

The staff at the facility were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the security to the reception to the kitchen staff. The security would greet you at the gate and make conversation with you on how your day was etc. this sort of friendliness as you enter a property automatically makes you feel welcome. He walked me to reception and once I was getting into my room and walking to my car again to carry my bags, he jumped at the opportunity to offer to help me carry. The reception staff was polite and helpful and explained everything really nicely. When I asked about breakfast times etc and realised it would be too late for me, they offered the breakfast bag service which was very helpful. The kitchen staff were ready with a friendly smile each morning with my breakfast bag and never once did I feel like anything was too much effort or an inconvenience for them.

Cons:

The room had very little toilet paper when I arrived and I had to ask for an extra roll which I felt could have been checked before I arrived, when they were preparing my room. Also the tap in my room was loose but this was fixed very quickly and was likely because nobody had reported it before so they were not aware of it, because it was not visible unless you used it. However, neither of these things affected my stay because when I raised them, the staff were quick to sort them out and were friendly and helpful throughout. I would also have liked an actual shower and not an 'in bath' shower, but this is just a preference and not a deterrent.

Excessivley loud guests in other rooms right throughout the night and morning up till 6:30 ,we got no sleep and reported to staff 4 times about the noise but even staff could not contain the noise,they tried but did not work

Pros:

Exceptional wide choice variety healthy options etc. My 7year old twins enjoyed picking

Cons:

Nothing quite thoughtful in everyway detail to attention of all facilities keep it up. Staff could smile more even though gentle a smile would give them 10/10, having said that the security guys were excellent.

Almost everything was absolutely amazing,very peaceful and the stuff was very good and friendly...
Pros:

The break fast was top notch, facilities and the environment is so clean and peaceful...I could visit more than once 👌💞

Cons:

Had to ask for help in terms of exchanging of towels and cleaning the room.
