Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel.

perfect for me and my mum who returns every year to her hometown.

location perfect for central Zwolle and main square, for eating places, shopping and for my family I was visitng in Zwolle. the room was luxury, bahroom lovely, space brilliant, coffee machine great
staff were lovely accomodating, helped with any issues. even if not at the rectption always could get on phone and helpful.
it was very quiet in the room and for city centre was amazing.

Cons:

the room was abit dark and lighting by the wardrobe really poor
I didn;t know the remote was for the curtains and it didn't say in the folder that came with thre room.

Mooi gebouw, top locatie

Cons:

1e verblijf 10 gegeven, 2e verblijf anders. Kamer direct naast de nachtingang gekregen. Extreem lawaaierig door openen/sluiten van de deur en hotelgasten die naar binnen gaan. Bij inchecken naar een andere kamer gevraagd, zou niet beschikbaar zijn. Echter hoorde ik een stel na mij binnenkomen met de graag of de nog een kamer beschikbaar was en dat bleek toch wel zo te zijn.
