Okay place to stay if you sleep soundly
Pros:

The receptionist was nice enough to check us in early and gave us good recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean and tidy. When we checked out early, we could store our luggage until in the evening.

Cons:

We could hear people from the room above. The espresso machine wasnt working so well. Not much storage space in the room for two people.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.
Pros:

I was visiting with my sister (who had just had a motor scooter accident!) and we could not have had a better time. Everyone we met at Troysgate was friendly, professional, and so helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

J'ai réservé en fonction des commentaires et des prestations. Pas de petit-déjeuners disponibles si non réservés en même temps que la chambre ce qui n'était pas précisé. Mon expérience ne correspond pas du tout aux commentaires laissés. Nous avions la chambre 114, la salle de bain était très petite et la douche mal nettoyée. La chambre c'est vrai était bien décorée dans le style irlandais, mais il faut absolument changer les matelas, nous avons très mal dormi tous les 4 avec les ressorts qui ressortent et des matelas creux. Et la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement. Pour le prix, aucun service : pas de petit-déjeuners, pas de restaurant, pas de parking, pas de sèche-cheveux, on a entendu la télé du voisin toute la nuit. J'ai payé moins cher 2 nuis à Dublin dans un 4* .

Comfy bed, good quality carpets and curtains. Coffee machine and tea making facilities provided. Easy walk from hotel into the center of Kilkenny

A more powerful hairdryer would be useful. The basin and shower did not drain very well.

We had a great time and hope to do it again soon!
Pros:

Everything went very smoothly. Hazel was great to us from the moment we arrived to last call at the pub downstairs. The room was a bit warm due to the weather but very clean and comfortable. Parking was nearby.

Malheureusement on à eu des voisins qui se sont disputé très fort toute la soirée et une bonne partie de la nuit, dans leur chambre, sur le couloir,qui ont essayé d'entrer dans notre chambre (je sper bien que s'était par erreur),qui sortent et qui rentrent en claquant la porte d'entrée super fort. Apart ça, tout étais comme prévu.

Die Rezepttonistin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Wir haben Frühstück gebucht, aber bei der Ankunft sagte man uns, dass die Küche renoviert wird. Das war ärgerlich. Der Parkplatz vom Hotel ist schwer zu finden. Eine genauere Angabe würde helfen.

Geen airco maar wel een goede ventilator. Wij sliepen aan de achterkant van het hotel waar het rustig was. Aan de voorkant zit je wel aan een drukke weg

Il personale ha avuto una disponibilità, una gentilezza e accoglienza davvero rare. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'auto e ci hanno aspettati e accolti con un sorriso ed acqua dopo una brutta avventura. Vicinissimo al centro e bella la struttura, camere ampie e curate con un bar accanto a disposizione.
