Excellent accueil, la jeune femme a été très compréhensive avec notre difficulté pour parler Anglais. Elle nous a conseillé pour nos visites de la ville. La chambre a été rénovée avec goût et était très calme. Possibilité de parking. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Friendly and accommodating staff on the edge of the city
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff we were early to the location and didn't think we could check in but the receptionist checked with cleaning staff to confirm room was ready and we were able to check in.
Clean modern bathroom, comfortable beds.

Cons:

I was very happy with the accommodation, with it being an older building somethings were not available e.g lifts to bedrooms, this did not affect us but is something to be aware of if there are accessibility needs

Pros:

The style is impressive, the air inside is heavy, the bathroom smells strongly of sewage, the drain was full of hair and fur. The shower gel was gone, there were 5 tissues in the box. The bed is clean and comfortable. The towels are also fine. I didn't expect this for so much money. A little more expensive, but there are much better places.

Cons:

unpretentious place. a little painting, a deep cleaning, fresh air, would help a lot. A good cleaner.

Pros:

Location is very convenient to all the main attractions of Kilkenny. Staff were exceptional. Room was newly renovated and comfortable. Very well priced.

Beautiful renovated room with quality amenities. Spacious and quiet - enjoyed our stay and staff were very helpful.
Pros:

Beautifully (re)decorated room with high end furnishings and fabrics. Comfortable bed and linens. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was hot even with portable fan (was a time of high temps). Outside street entry way fairly grubby with cigarette butts and weeds showing. The bright pink colour of the building was off-putting. On a busy intersection.

Good place to stay and handy for the town
Pros:

The bed was ginormous. Lovely quirky building with a bar downstairs

Cons:

Paper cups for the coffee/tea facilities that I had to rinse out for the following day
