Staff molto cordiale. Buona colazione preparata al momento. A disposizione biciclette a pagamento.

We really do not understand the rating for this house. Although the staff was attentive and helpful, the house is poorly built with paper-thin walls and had even holes in it (we tried to repair it with some plasters to prevent mosquitos and other creatures getting in). The floor with the double bed was really hot during the day even with the AC on. We could hear everything the neighbours did and the doors and windows did not close properly - not speaking of tiny gaps but there were centimetre wide gaps. The minibar also had an open bottle of water and a can of coke. The cleanliness was ok under Indonesian standards, but during our 3 weeks stay in Indonesia this was the one horrible experience none of us could really enjoy, we considered moving to another hotel but could not find one being peak season in August. One of the good things were the spaciousness and the breakfast was delicious. The push bike rental was also great.

The staff were brilliant! So friendly and kept our bags for us when we arrived early and wanted to explore. Breakfast was great as well.

En general bien pero estaba un poco sucio

Siamo stati benissimo al Kalamoana House.
Struttura molto bella e pulizia impeccabile.
Lo staff, Riski e Agus, sono due persone speciali. Attenti a tutto, scrupolosi e sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
Giornalmente trovavamo la camera pulita e profumata.
La colazione è fantastica. Il banana cinnamon pancake è spettacolare. Sempre compreso il the/caffè e frutta.
La posizione è ottima. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia ma leggermente defilato dai locali che la sera tengono la musica alta.
Consigliamo veramente di soggiornare al Kalamoana!

El personal molt atent i comparat amb altres hotels i Villes és el que més net he estat. L’esmorzar d’allò mes bo! Crec que de les 5 que anàvem és el que més ens ha agradat.

Logement extrêmement propre !
Bien que situé dans l’île la plus festive et bruyante , l’hôtel est isolé et se trouve à 10 min de marche des lieux bruyants.

The room was very clean and the hosts were the nicest hosts ever. They serve breakfast every morning and it's one of the best breakfasts we had included in all of our stays in Bali.

We had a fantastic stay here, even coming back on a second occasion as we enjoyed the first stay so much. Spacious, clean rooms with a large bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well and hot water for the shower. The room also included a mini bar stocked with reasonably priced drinks which was a bonus. Breakfast each morning was delicious including a good sized plate of fruit. Also bicycle and electric bike rental available on site. Finally Riski and Agus were amazing, so kind, caring and always looking out to help you, very polite gentlemen! Thank you :)
