The unit is very hot with no air on...there is no view cos you over look the lower roof of the building...with no Seaview as advertised the last room hidden in a corner on the floor
The location only
The unit was not very clean and the host sent me a terrible message saying we messed up the unit and smoked in it which was not true at all we had our 6 month old baby with us why would we do such a thing.Very unhappy overall
the room was clean, staff was friendly
if the secured parking price was included in the room rental, would of made it perfect
The beach view
No clean towels were issued since we stayed there, I damaged a glass but I bought back two new ones, the owner can't even call me personally if there was an issue, she reported me to bookings, Cape Town has very friendly people🤔
Room was renovated and aesthetic was pleasing. Management in charge of the room was accessible and communicated frequently.
Hallways were being painted right outside this room and this made for very strong paint fumes inside the room.
The milk in the fridge is past expiry date, the toilet seat is flimsy, people are working in the hallway (renovating), its noisy, there is no fan or air-con in the room, the latch for the door also makes no sense, you cant put the latch on, it doesn't feel save at all, it would be easy for someone to break into the room. I would like a full refund as i left the room shortly after arrival due to the above, additional cost was incurred on number 99 due to having to look for an alternative place to stay. I traveled alone for work, if renovations is taking place guest needs to be informed before booking and paying.
