Guest Reviews
Gostei muito do restaurante que, além da qualidade, oferece desconto para os hóspedes.
Nada a reclamar.
Otelin konumu, odanın resimdeki gibi olması, ZTL bölgesi olmasıyla önceden bölgeye rahat girebilmemiz için yardımcı olmaları
Restorant dardı, ürünler taze değildi, garson hizmeti iyi değildi, kahvaltıdaki kahve ücretliydi
This hotel actually has a very highly rated restaurant and a great breakfast. The room was very nice with some dramatic lighting, plenty of closet space for both of us and a decent sized bathroom.
The shower enclosure is in the middle of the room opposite the bed...and it leaked across the floor. It obviously has been doing this a while because the flooring was starting to warp. They need to fix this and improve the shower doors.
Perfekte Lage
Sehr freundliches Personal
Zimmer viel kleiner als erwartet
Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz
The hotel exceed my expectations!!! Very clean, staff was amazing and best location
Nothing,
Ampla, moderna e silenciosa com uma localização excepcional e um restaurante maravilhoso.
Nada a reparar. Tudo impecável!
This is a newly renovated property just steps from all of the major attractions of Palermo. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. The room was large and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.
Great hotel, all equipments and decorations look very new. We are happy except the shower which separated by the toilet and located in the middle of the room （weird design). This created situations such as flooding, inconveniences reaching tower , and robe)
Firstly thank you to all the staff, especially Chiara and Anastasia. Your help and kindness was so much appreciated. The room was excellent, with modern facilities and quiet (as requested). The location was very good - near to all the main attractions and dining areas and just a 15 min walk to the train station which made it easy to have a day trip to Cefalu. Palermo itself is a great place to visit - the Royal Palace is well worth a visit. V. Porta Carini is also a great foodie market to visit in the day time
Upgraded us to a suite & it was very nice . I’m a nice quiet safe location , but walkable to everything.
