Pros:

This is a newly renovated property just steps from all of the major attractions of Palermo. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. The room was large and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Pros:

Great hotel, all equipments and decorations look very new. We are happy except the shower which separated by the toilet and located in the middle of the room （weird design). This created situations such as flooding, inconveniences reaching tower , and robe)

Great city, super location, lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff. What's not to like?
Pros:

Firstly thank you to all the staff, especially Chiara and Anastasia. Your help and kindness was so much appreciated. The room was excellent, with modern facilities and quiet (as requested). The location was very good - near to all the main attractions and dining areas and just a 15 min walk to the train station which made it easy to have a day trip to Cefalu. Palermo itself is a great place to visit - the Royal Palace is well worth a visit. V. Porta Carini is also a great foodie market to visit in the day time

Just a great suite!

Fantastic location, amazing breakfast and beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect - in a quiet street but just around the corner from all the activity. A few local bars and restaurants near by that are a must to try. The breakfast was amazing! A full spread of absolutely everything PLUS you could get a cooked omelette if you asked! The staff were helpful and our room was beautiful!

Cons:

There is no onsite parking area for the cars. We had to leave our rental at an offsite parking 'makeshift' garage that cost us extra.

Great location and nice Hotel
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast/coffee and decent sized rooms.

Cons:

Aircon was great in one room and didnt work in the other - frustrating. Glad we got room with separate lounge as no room for luggage or bench surfaces in bedroom. There was a sauna in our room which sounds nice but it was summer and bit of a lost space.
