Pros:

Au top ! L’emplacement est super et le personnel très gentil. On a adoré cet hôtel et nous reviendrons ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Il personale molto disponibile e cordiale (Arianna bravissima nel suo lavoro). Hotel molto pulito. La cucina veramente eccezionale e la cuoca, direi chef, e’ una professionista esemplare nel sua maestria nel preparare i piatti. Qualsiasi prodotto ha una qualità molto elevata. Giro parecchio per sciare, questo albergo lo metto sul podio. Una straordinaria scoperta da tenere come un tesoro.

Hotel perfetto per settimane bianca a Sestriere
Pros:

Ottima la posizione sulle piste. Colazione fantastica. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Camera piano terra, se pur ben rinnovata, è un po’ buia (devi tenere tende chiuse altrimenti ti vedono)

Perfect for a wonderful happy ski holiday.
Pros:

The staff were without exception superb & ultra friendly & helpful, which made our ski holiday wonderful. Thank you to them all.
Location for skiing with hotel ski room was straight on the snow, for skiing to Sestriere & beyond & back or the more exciting runs on Borgata mountain.
Also excellent ski hire shop next door, who gave a nice discount to Hermitage guests.
Food delicious & varied & breakfast generous & good.
If coming by train to Oulx, then bus from Sestriere, NB you MUST phone for the local €1.70 bus from Sestriere to Borgata!!
Similarly the bus to/from Turin station is very scenic, covered by INTERAIL PASS, but goes/leaves from Sestriere, so book that local bus!

Cons:

Nothing really. Just NB my above comments to book by phone the local Sestriere to Borgata bus ... we learnt the hard way!!

Luogo strategico ed eccellenti servizi
Pros:

La posizione distaccata dal caos, i servizi a disposizione in Hotel e nelle immediate vicinanze, l'accesso diretto alle piste della VIA LATTEA, l'ottima colazione e la cena varia e gustosa, la cortesia del personale, fanno dell'Hotel HERMITAGE un luogo perfetto!!!

Cons:

Unico migliormento da suggerire, migliorare la doccia in stanza (getto acqua ridotto)

Location near the lifts is excellent, it’s quiet but we liked that. All the staff are very welcoming and the food is amazing!
