The beach

Cons:

Booked online for an extension of our stay at another place and before we could even enter the room I was contacted directly via phone call by the owner. I was told this room was already booked thru another site and therefore I could not stay here. He offered me a room he owned at another resort, and I reluctantly agreed to take the other room. The resort was 20 minutes away, and was not even comparable to the place we were supposed to stay. We had issues with the key card to access the building from the parking garage and pool area, and the owner told me there was nothing eh could do to help. The resort desk had no control over the keys as the room was privately owned. The owner finally told me he could have his cleaner bring me a new key, but this never happened. When I contacted him about it for the third time, he said the cleaner told him she had already met with me. I explained that that was not true and he then decided to call her. When he returned my call after talking to her he said she had been to the room three times and no one answered.....well I wasn't sitting in the room waiting, because I was never told when she was coming. This situation never got rectified. The room was subpar and not very clean. The apartment sized refrigerator was dirty and smelled like old food, so we didn't even use it. We bought ice and put our drinks in coolers. This was definitely not the "upgrade" I was led to believe it was going to be. The owner never used this app to contact me, he did everything directly thru text messages and phone calls. I would not recommend using this owner if you are booking thru this app.

Great stay in this beautiful studio
Pros:

This studio is in the most popular resort in North Myrtle Beach. I love the water facilities which are the best in that area. The studio is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property and resort to anybody who wants to have a great vacation in North Myrtle Beach.

I had a wonderful stay in this studio
Pros:

The property has everything I need for a short term stay. I love the beautiful oceanview from the bedroom. It’s the end unit, so it is pretty quiet during my stay.

Nice view from the balcony. Cozy place to stay. Very clean. We have stayed at baywatch in the past but this room is by far the best we have stayed in.

Baywatch is nice! I used Booking.com for the first time too and the process was so easy!!
Pros:

I like the location. There are so many things to see and do in North Myrtle Beach, plus it is so close to Myrtle Beach. I enjoyed the cafe too. Although I only got coffee there, it was good and the waitress was so nice.

Cons:

My room was nice; however, it was a bit smaller than anticipated. My 2 friends had to back out of the trip, so it was only me. I think this room is perfect for the solo traveler and/or for 2 people. Three or four people (women who like to travel with their entire wardrobe LOL) would have been cramped in the room.
