Pros:

The apartment was cozy, quiet, and felt very secure. The staff were warm and helpful, and security was excellent. Our hosts were kind and thoughtful, even offering us a driver to explore Kigali. Unfortunately, due to an emergency (as explained to us), the tour didn’t happen. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room did not have an AC, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. We also experienced mosquitoes in the room, so routine fumigation would be helpful. Additionally, communication was a challenge since the only staff on duty did not understand English.
