The location is great. The bed and DAIKIN air conditioner were really comfortable. Open area is pretty. But, the room we got was in 4th floor so the open area is not really accessible for me.
I contacted the registration as guided to get early access to open area to leave the luggage. However, the code did not work at one of the doors. I stuck at the front door for minutes. The team only work remotely and has delayed response.
The shower drain stuck in normal use and was not very clean.
I could hear neighbors and talking in the halls.

i had an amazing stay in Chelsea for three days honestly, I loved everything about this place!
The room was super clean and very comfortable. I especially loved the view from my room, it made the whole experience even more special. The rooftop and the kitchen were also great such a nice bonus! The bathrooms were always clean every time I came back, which I really appreciated.
What I loved the most is the vibe of the place it truly has that authentic American/New York style. If you really want to live the full New York experience, staying in Chelsea is definitely the best choice. It’s such a beautiful neighborhood.
The communication was also perfect. The hosts were always available and very responsive, whether on Booking or WhatsApp. They were kind, helpful, and very well organized. I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage and go out before my departure that was super convenient.
Honestly, I enjoyed this stay even more than my time in Times Square. I’m extremely happy and satisfied.

Falta limpieza de los espacios comunes, en especial baño compartido. No limpiaron en una semana de estadia.
Perfect location. Room was ok clean.
Shared bathrooms are not cleaned often enough. Toilet paper was not refilled. You could hear all the noises from the corridor people coming in and out. The doors made a super loud sound whenever someone closed them. Bring good earplugs.
Great communal space / kitchen and work area and laundry. Location is brilliant. Its very DIY - no reception physically, just codes and a whassap number if having issues getting in (they were very quick to reply). Room was never cleaned during my 5 night stay - so its a bit like staying in your own apartment. Steep stairs to my room - so dont overpack! But clean and would def stay again.
Toilet said not to flush paper so had a bin next door - which wasnt changed throughout the trip. Would have been nice to have an empty at some point.

Las escaleras, es mas para un ambiente estudiantil, en el comedor pasaban en ropa interior. El lugar es comodo, la habitacion bastante chica, tenia comida en la heladera que desaparecio. El lugar es cañido pero no deja de ser un hostel a precio de hotel de categoria
