Pros:

I did like the fact that you were getting a room for pretty cheap with all features

Cons:

The rooms are actually part of apartments, that is you will be booking rooms inside an apartment and each apartment has 2 rooms and 1 living space.
It's great for two families you can enjoy the living space together. But when you book alone, it feels weird to share a single apartment . It's just a personal feeling , not that it's bad.
