Cons:

Apartamentos precisando de reforma. Muito barulho, por ter muitos funcionários de concessionária que locam os apartamentos como moradia. Louças dos banheiros encardidas, danificadas.

Boa hospedagem. Limpeza em dia. As instalações já estão antigas e um pouco descuidada mas trata-se de hotel com ótima localização e um bom custo-benefício. Destaque pra equipe muito atenciosa.
