Joli logement dans un beau cadre
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la mer et les vélos à disposition pour pouvoir aller à la plage.
Le studio etait agréable et plutôt grand.
La personne qui gère le domaine est vraiment sympathique ainsi que sa petite chienne Laïka ❤️
Le plus etait la machine à laver collective.

Cons:

La literie n’était pas terrible.
Un peu cher, ça ne vaut pas les 158€ par nuit, on paye surtout la situation.
Toutes les plages sont bondées, comme partout en Italie en juillet août d’ailleurs 😰

Nette Unterkunft in entspannter Umgebung
Pros:

Die Unterkunft Residence Cerra liegt zu Fuß 25 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten vom Zentrum von Otranto entfernt in sehr entspannter und ruhiger Lage. Tagsüber kann man zu Fuß zum kleinen Sand- und Klippen-Strand "Staffa" oder zu einem der Klippenstrände gehen, nachts hört man kaum etwas (außer Zwergohreulen) und kann sich die Sterne anschauen. Die Küche im Apartment ist einfach, aber komplett ausgestattet, sodass man Kaffee zubereiten und kochen kann. Das W-Lan hat zumeist gut funktioniert. Das Apartment ist nicht nagelneu, aber sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt zwei Balkone und alles, was man im Sommer für einen Urlaub braucht: eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, ein meist zuverlässiges W-Lan, einen Wäscheständer, einen Fernseher, einen riesigen Kühlschrank und Balkontische und -Stühle und das Apartment bietet sicher genug Platz für zwei Personen. Der Besitzer war freundlich und zumeist ganz gut erreichbar; es gab auch andere Gäste, aber man hatte auf jeden Fall seine Ruhe und wurde gelegentlich von einer sehr freundlichen, aber unaufdringlichen Hündin begrüßt oder verabschiedet, einmal hat sie mich sogar zum Strand begleitet. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Ich war doch vor allem im Nachhinein sehr irritiert, dass man mir wegen angeblich extrem unzuverlässiger Nahverkehrsverbindungen eine Art Taxi-Dienst geradezu aufgezwungen hat, um von Brindisi bzw. Lecce zur Unterkunft zu kommen. Es hätte, wie ich auf der Rückfahrt von Otranto nach Brindisi gemerkt und auch von anderen Einheimischen erfahren habe, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ebenso gut funktioniert. Gerade im Sommer (bis zum 15. September) sind die Verbindungen im öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr zuverlässig und es gibt an vielen Bahnstationen Angestellte, die einem gern weiterhelfen, Bus- und Zug-Verbindungen und Preise nennen etc. Alles sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Lasst euch also keine Taxi-Dienste aufzwingen, die meiner Meinung nach völlig überflüssig und nur Geldmacherei sind, um Touristen zu schröpfen. Dies hat meinen ansonsten guten Eindruck vom Vermieter bedauernswerter Weise sehr getrübt.

Świetne miejsce na relaks i zwiedzanie okolicznych plaż i Otranto.
Pros:

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. Dużym plusem była przestrzeń wokół apartamentu, w której można się zrelaksować. Blisko do do dwóch kameralnych plaż z turkusową wodą. Na miejscu możliwość korzystania z rowerów i duży parking.

Cons:

Przestrzeń i wszystkie udogodnienia.

Gezellig en topligging!
Pros:

De ligging , perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de regio !
Privé parkeren.
Gratis fietsen beschikbaar voor korte afstanden, ideaal voor supermarkt of strandbezoekje.
Nabij gelegen gebouw die bij de accommodatie hoorde, voor een ontbijt,lunch, drankje , of kleine aankopen is een voordeel!
Vriendelijke hosts.. en hond😁 die ons elke dag verwelkomde op het terrein
Gezellig groot terras en tuin!

Cons:

Het gebouw heeft nood aan vernieuwing/modernisatie, al was er alles wat we nodig hebben aanwezig!
Frigo maakte wel wat lawaai s'nachts, dit verstoorde regelmatig onze slaap.
Ook bij wind maakten de rolluiken lawaai.
We hadden ook last van mieren in de badkamer, ook de muggengaas was versleten in de badkamer.
Mits wat aanpassingen kan dit een topverblijf worden!!!

Nice country residence to stay just 10 minutes from Otranto center.
Pros:

We particularly liked the size of the property with plenty of space and being a couple of kilometers out of Otranto yet only a 5 minute drive to plenty of parking and a Conrad and Eurospin supermarket as well as an easy walk into central Otranto. Nice walks to the sea and rocks and little beaches right out the front of the property. Bicycles available if one wants. Reasonable kitchen to cook in and nice little terrace to sit on.

Cons:

Generally it was all good. A little maintenance in some areas would improve.
