Gorgeous spot with fabulous staff. Completely loved our stay.
Pros:

Absolutely delicious, great variety and what a treat to have whilst floating in the pool!!

Cons:

the extra bed….Not comfortable, collapsed on me when using and not worth the money paid for it.

Everything was incredible - our stay at the Cone was peaceful and beautiful. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The floating breakfast was great, and having massages in our room, listening to the rain pour outside, was like a dream! Thank you

Exceptional service, amazing accommodation and location.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Bread and fruit basket, choose another main along with 2 drinks delivered each morning. Food was fresh and well-cooked. Could not ask for better. I miss it so much. And we also had afternoon tea delivered every afternoon. I truly could finally relax. Accommodation was immaculate and had all the right amenities. Pictures do not do this place justice. We loved the location as we got to hire a scooter and really see the true Bali. We explored off the main roads and were blown away by the scenery. The ride into Ubud on the scooter topped off our holiday experience. If you are not into scooters, it's very easy to take a taxi to Ubud. The staff were next-level accommodating. I think these are the hardest-working, happiest people I have ever met. Thank you for the best experience. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel but beware of insects
Pros:

Staff were so nice, kind, and generous. Service was great. Staying in a bunglow was authentic.

Cons:

- There were a lot of animals - I am aware that it is impossible control it fully as the room is in a jungle but pest control could have been better (as we have seen better pest controls in other hotels situated in a jungle).
- The pool was too cold to swim.
- The staff was so kind to offer as a complementary rode petal bath (thank you) however it was full of worms... We couldn't even use it)
- Considering the amenities, we find the price a little bit expensive for what is offered but staff is very nice!

Pros:

私密性好，可以享受雨林环境不受干扰。员工都很积极热情，有问题可以及时得到解决。房间泳池里的水比较干净，无边泳池冲刷垃圾很及时，可以随时安心下水。

Cons:

房间虽然有浴缸，但是热水系统不能支持足够的热水，放到一半就会变成冷水，且浴缸密封性不佳，想要更多热水需要等非常久的时间，如果想要泡个热水澡驱寒可能会得不偿失，反而更容易受凉感冒。早餐虽然摆盘好看，但是吃起来并不尽如人意，排除因为个人口味差异原因，光咸淡就不能控制的很好，希望可以改进。
