Cons:

Beautiful in Photos, Disappointing in Reality

The hotel has a beautiful design, and the staff are very kind and friendly. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the high price.

This is one of those hotels that looks much better in photos than it feels in reality. It may look beautiful online, but once you stay there, you realize that the comfort and overall experience simply do not match the appearance.

The hotel is far from relaxing. The traffic noise nearby makes it feel like staying in the middle of a city rather than a peaceful retreat. Even the air conditioning is very noisy, with the sound of the unit being clearly audible inside the room.

Unfortunately, there was also maintenance work during my stay, with loud hammering noises. When I requested to move to another hotel, I was offered an alternative, but it turned out to be even noisier than the original one.

The staff are genuinely nice people, but the level of professionalism and service does not meet five-star hotel standards. For example, guests have to request their breakfast every single day instead of having a proper system in place. When I’m on holiday, I want to relax, not have to contact the hotel every day to tell them what I want for breakfast.

As for the breakfast, the croissants were the only decent item. The rest was very disappointing.

Overall, the hotel looks great, but comfort and relaxation are missing. For such a high price, there are much better options available. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay or good value for money.

Pros:

Kısa tatil için uygun
Pros:

It was worth every penny we paid. We will come back here next time
Pros:

The ambience, everyone was willing to help, the staffs were kind and patient, they helped making a morning video and even spoke nicely to us. They also offered to give us a one hour massage because we came in too late and couldn’t use the pool:

Cons:

It was perfect no complains
