Home away from home

Nice affordable hotel we rented a room for 5! It fit us comfortably and the room had a full kitchen, dining table and washer and dryer which was convenient!

The hotel room was well kept. But, because it’s also a residential property. My boyfriend and I spotted three cockroaches in the room near the doorway. Won’t ever stay there again.

With the kitchenette, it would be nice if there were available dishes and untensils in the room, a toaster would also be great! The phone in our room didn't work, but that was a very minor issue. Staff was friendly, and the price was right!

This Building is in excellent condition , it has so much potential ,just need a better management ,and more cleaning ..

Room wasn't clean, bed sheets, pillows, etc.
New & modern hotel is a perk, however feels incomplete...

Breakfast was disgusting, a brown paper bag.

Stay one night as it was in walking distance from hospital. Lots of dining around . Executive rooms well designed only lacking cutlery and dishes for lengthy stays .

The room was dirty from the first day, full of cockroaches that we reported and nothing was done until our departure ; and it's been 10 days since I still haven't received my security deposit. I called them to be told that they hadn't released my money. Bad service

The property was nice and quiet. But the one room we stayed in smelled like something was rotting and staff couldnt do anything about the problem.

The front stall was very rude and the place was really noisy kindly avoid if you love your money

Near restaurants

We booked this place because it had a kitchen and laundry facilities in the suite, it had no dishes, cookware or utensils, nothing was to be found, not even a fork. Why would we bring our own dishes and cookware to a hotel? They supply a new dishwasher but I don’t think it ever gets used if they don’t supply dishes or any kind of soap in the kitchen or cleaning cloths or dishcloths. When we asked front desk for dishes they said they don’t have any what if they could find some they would bring them without even knowing my room number, so they had no intention ever. The staff were not overly friendly and the rooms weren’t cleaned regularly. It was painstaking to get clean towels. The suite was worn out and unclean, the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the couch was filthy. The gym was located in a dark storage basement with stored furniture and was ill equipped. I would not stay here again and I would never recommend it.

Nice clean rooms

Didn’t get towels. Bugs on bed. Smelled egg. The bed was not cleaned. Areas not cleaned and sanitized. Requested for a room change and there was no from desk staff to assist until 12 PM. Had to sleep in the dirty room and the bug bit us.

Lovely place. The place is affordable but book via Expedia.

Value for money

There was poop on my sheets and they did nothing they had all day from 9am to 7pm when i got back to fix the issue and no one even went in to change the sheets. Then when I received new ones those ones were stained as well.
