From 23:00 onwards, it is mandatory to keep noise to a minimum to respect the rest of other guests.
Pets are not allowed.
A deposit of €600 may be requested at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided that no damages have occurred to the property and the house rules have been respected.

Came for husband's birthday and staff set up some balloons, birthday cards and non alcoholic drink (upon request) in the apartment on arrival which was brilliant.
Great communication before and leading up to the stay.
Fantastic 1 bed apartment - I believe we also got an upgrade to sea view. Thank you Tembo!

Loveeedd the roof top pool spent our last day there catching a tan - amazing views of the WHOLE city and well known attractions!
Although its away from the city (around 20 mins drive) we enjoyed thoroughly being away from all the hustle and bustle!

Although nothing to dislike probably just one feedback tor breaktast.
Gave the buffet a try (25€ pp) but felt it was lacking options for vegetarians for the main meal given how much it cost i.e would have loved some vegetarian sausages and some baked beans. Fried mushrooms etc..
Nonetheless everything else was brilliant!

The room was cleaned only once during our stay even though I put out the sign that I'm requesting it
zona comodissima, la metro vicina e tutto molto pratico.
noi abbiamo noleggiato una macchina perché siamo andati a visitare delle spiagge un po’ più lontano da barcellona, loro dispongono di un parcheggio privato che costa 20 € al giorno ma davanti all’albergo vi sono molti parcheggi con le linee bianche e noi abbiamo utilizzato sempre quelli.
pulizia e staff impeccabili, le foto corrispondono al 100%alla realtà. Consigliassimo!

Super nice apartment, spacious terrace, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was also stocked with all necessary things, big fridge and even freezer. Very supportive staff
Very perfumy smell throughout the whole hotel but randomly in the middle of night our apartment started smelling like cigarettes.. hotel restaurant was nice but room service only available fairly late. We didn’t order breakfast before and on site that would have been 25€ pP - I haven’t seen the breakfast but for the amount we eat in the morning that’s quite expensive..
