No aircon,
No fridge in room, which is poor when there are no food/drink facilities on site (bar/restaurant)
Curtains need repairing
TV very small and service/reception poor.

Brilliant self service hotel, clean and close to RAU
Pros:

I loved the total online check-in and self service arrival arrangements. The room was clean, the beds and bedding were very comfy, We booked for the Royal Agricultural University open day, it's literally a 5 minute drive. We arrived later than planned, but with the emailed codes, it was so easy. We were in our room within 5 minutes of parking up..its that easy.

Cons:

I would have preferred air conditioning in the room, to a plug in fan, but it was a very warm day.

One thing I really didn't like was the toilet paper dispenser. It was difficult to reach and the size and thickness of the paper strips was not suitable for adults, especially ladies with sanitary needs. Please exchange those for lovely toilet rolls and holders, that would make a world of difference 😉

I was gliding at nearby Aston Down airfield. Easy journey from Cirencester.
Pros:

Modern, quiet and comfortable room.

Cons:

The vending machine. I paid for a packet of biscuits and the delivery mechanism got stuck.

If you don’t need restaurant or bar facilities but a nice room to get a good nights sleep, this is perfect.
Pros:

Very clean. Had kitchen facilities in the communal area with a couple of microwaves, a fridge and crockery and cutlery. It is your responsibility to wash and clean up after yourself. There is also an area that you can sit down to eat. There is a vending machine that dispenses snacks but apart from that there is nowhere to buy food or drinks on site. There is a nice pub within a 100m though.

Cons:

The shower pressure was a bit feeble but apart from that everything was great.

A good retreat, near Cirencester.
Pros:

Secure parking, good beds, nice staff, communal dining/lounge area with a large kitchen where we could easily have our own meals and watch TV.

Cons:

Our room faced the busy main road, which was quiet in the evening. The other side of the hotel would have been better.

Building not suitable to be a hotel. Will never return.

We had a small room with only a small window for two exceptionally hot nights and it was unbearable. Worst two nights ever. The ground floor only had air con and the heat on the second floor where we were was extreme. A fan did nothing as we could not get a cross breeze. No staff came to check how we were and we hardly slept at all either night.

Definitely stay again!
Pros:

Great location only about 20 minutes walk into town, good size room, very clean. Nice communal space on the entrance to hotel & useful kitchen facilities. House keeping was great too.
