Pros:

Bien ubicado.

Cons:

Es una casa con dormitorios con baño y cocina. No existe una persona a cargo presencial. En la noche es muy bullicioso, se escucha todo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las sábanas rotas, el baño con pelos en la ducha y en el piso. La higiene no tiene porque ser menos pulcra por tener un valor más económico.

Great for remote work or travel
Pros:

Studio apt with sufficient space for living and remote working/video conferencing. Good wifi: 300 mb/s downloads and uploads. Hot water. Kitchenette. Great location near park with calisthenics gym. Coworking cafe 1 block away (Unclub). Very safe neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around the corner. Very quiet building. Excellent service by staff.

Cons:

I was surprised by the cold in Santiago! The temperature itself was not that cold (11° C) but it felt cold! The blankets were sufficient for sleeping.

Sola vale la pena la ubicación

Lugar muy pequeño, no coorrespondia al valor que pague. Me asignaron uno más pequeño, que por el espacio tan reducido es para una persona, la cama esta pegada a la pared y tampoco hay espacio para que dos personas se sirvan un cafe , imposible realizar otra comida.

El barrio es muy tranquilo

Cons:

Las paredes son demasiado delgadas y se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban las personas de la otra habitación.
El lavamanos tenía una capa gruesa de sarro
La televisión no funcionó
Los taburetes estaban malos porque no subían
