All smile for your excellent service
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience during our stay at MaRadha Colombo The service was exceptional from start to finish, with every staff members namely Stefan, Hansi, Menura and Kavindu going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The team was warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the atmosphere feel welcoming and relaxing.

The housekeeping was thorough and consistent, and any requests were handled promptly and efficiently. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff. Their dedication made my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly, attentive team.

Pros:

Exceptional service.. The service was very Good.. Stefan, Minura, Hansi, Kavindu, Wishva and Dewinda were very friendly and welcoming.. They made a difference during my vacation specially considering we were travelling with an infant and a child.. Would highly recommend MaRadha..

Pros:

Staff was very friendly, specially Stefan, Menura, Hansi and Nethma. They were very supportive specially when it came to supporting on vegiterian food and quickly changing room etc. Thank you.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was prime. We covered Colombo landmarks in one day and we booked the cab services from the hotel at a reasonable rate. We were upgraded to suite for the same price so we were quite excited. Special thanks to Wishua, Stafan and Kavidu.

Pros:

location and the sea view from the room. helpful staff at the reception. We used Hotel's paid taxi service for our onward jouney to Kandy ; which we found very professional.

MaRadha hotel is a cute hotel that delivers on value for money.
Pros:

We had to stay a few nights in Colombo, and the MaRadha delivered 110% on value for money. Our family was lucky enough to get upgraded to the presidential suite on the 7th floor all thanks to Menura at the front desk! Our family enjoyed the spacious suite, the views of the sea and a drink at the rooftop bar and pool.

Cons:

The pool area very tight for families and not space for relaxing. The breakfast options were bit limited and no yoghurts available. We could hear water a water pressure pump from our room.

Pros:

Where do I start, what a fantastic stay. The facilities are outstanding, the rooms are outstanding but nothing compares to how incredible all the staff are. Stefan was like a brother to me during my stay, I felt like I’d known him for ever. Minura was the light for me in my darkest hour. Hansi’s smile lit up the room every time they walked in. Nethma & Kavinda felt like the backbone of the whole operation. Dinushika had the heart of a lion, so much care and compassion. And last but not least, who could forget Wishva, the greatest night receptionist the world has ever seen. I would not be surprised if a movie was made about his heroics. All in all, a 10/10 stay.
