Placement idéal mais installations pas à la hauteur
Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment super et à l'écoute. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la première attribuée ne correspondait à nos attentes (au rez de chaussée et au pied de porte de la salle du petit déjeuner) et notre demande a été rapidement acceptée et solutionnée par Juan, le propriétaire qui a été très arrangeant pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.
La seconde chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain plus grande avec une double vasque.
La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale, sur la plage, devant la mer

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avions beaucoup d'odeur désagréable émanant des canalisations lorsque nous utilisions les WC ou encore la douche et les lavabos. Nous en avons fait part au personnel de l'hôtel et des tentatives ont été faites pour le résoudre avec une légère amélioration mais pas de changement radical.
Le plus gros problème a été la fluctuation des températures de l'eau. Les douches étaient un moment compliqué avec des changements radical du chaud au froid sans toucher aux robinets au point de même se brûler. De nouveau nous en avons fait part au personnel et au début nous avons dû prouver pour être écouté et puis enfin une fois témoin de ces changements ils ont tentés de trouver des solutions mais je pense que le souci venait du système général comme si dès que quelqu'un prend une touche, cela tire sur les canalisations d'une autre douche.
Pour le prix, et en plus avec une réduction Genius Booking, c'était vraiment pas à la hauteur de nos habitudes et de nos attentes.
Le personnel a fait son maximum pour nous faire profiter de ce séjour quand même et pour cela nous remercions vivement l'équipe du Albemarle mais malheureusement les installations ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui est vendu sur le site.

A disappointing and smelly stay
Pros:

The location was great, right on the beach and easy to get places

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was atrocious. There was mold all over the shower walls, rust all over the mirror and sinks, one of the sinks leaked on your feet when you ran it, and overall smelled very bad. We complained about these issues to the staff and got no apologies, a simple “would you like a different room”. We changed rooms and the new room had a broken toilet handle and the bathroom also smelled, though slightly better. Another thing to note is the noise from town carries very well into the hotel, so if you’re a light sleeper I might look somewhere else. This all was very unacceptable for the price we paid for the hotel.

Hermosa isla de Isabela en Galápagos.
Pros:

La ubicación. Delante de la playa.

Cons:

El desayuno malo. Para los 225 dólares por noche me pareció bastante básico. El pan muy feo y poca variación. La habitación cómoda.
La ducha: o te quemabas o tenías frío. Muy mala. Le falta mantenimiento. Pienso que este hotel no vale lo que uno paga.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, wir sind dann auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Da war es aber auch nicht besser. Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken war quasi nicht existent.
