Pros:

Bon emplacement ( 10 mn à pied des transports) la propreté du lieux.

Il y avait ce qu'il fallait pour la cuisine et la salle de bain. C'est très appréciable d'avoir du gel douche et du shampoing !

Le contact avec le propriétaire était professionnel, courtoi et rapide !

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de climatisation alors qu'il faisait extrêmement chaud !! On avait seulement un petit ventilateur très bruyant et vieux, de surcroît pas du tout efficace. Du coup on a dû dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte avec énormément de bruits de machines venant de l'extérieur... ce n'était pas du tout reposant... surtout après une longue journée de visite qui nécessite de bien dormir pour récupérer... mais impossible !

Le lit était à même le sol et très étroit pour deux personnes.

C'était très compliqué d'utiliser le lavabo de la salle de bain tellement il était petit, très bas et très à l'étroit !

Good location for transport links. Good communication with owner

Cons:

Top floor with mattress on the ground is right below the toilet of the above flat making it hard to sleep if there is any noise from above. Bunk bed very squeaky on top bunk if you move an inch. Comfortable beds in bedroom however still hear a lot of noise from neighbours

Clean, comfortable and well located accommodation with excellent communication from the host.
Pros:

Excellent stay in London. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and although I did not use it, the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay.

The check-in process was straightforward and the host was very responsive to my inquiries and helpful throughout. The location is convenient, with good transport links nearby; honestly great value for money

Cons:

Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations and I had a pleasant stay. FYI, located on the 2nd floor

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - kilka minut do metra, przystanek przy mieszkaniu. Bezpieczna dzielnica. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, bardzo szybko odpowiadają :) Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, w pełni wyposażone.

L’emplacement et le fait de ne pas donner sur la rue
La climatisation.
Grand merci au réceptionniste qui, le 24 au soir très tard, a eu la gentillesse et la patience de nous guider pour l’ouverture de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble.

Cons:

Escaliers un peu trop raides.
Pour un séjour plus long aurions aimer vider la valise dans un petit meuble
La petite batterie de cuisine est difficile d'accès.

Pros:

The property was nicely organised, and had the majority of the things we needed (pots, plates, cutlery, AC, towels, extra toilet paper). The owners were super responsive and friendly, they answered our concerns super fast and were very helpful when we couldn’t find the remote for the AC.
The location is not the most central but there is a bus stop very close by, for bus 36 which travels to most of the important locations and runs 7/7 all hours, which was great! The neighbourhood was quiet and seemingly calm, although we did see a pretty bad altercation between some teenage boys, but that can happen anywhere.
Overall the property was clean, good location for the price, close to the grocery store and the owners were super nice and helpful! We definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not “like” per se. There were for example missing frying pans, which can be a bit of a hurdle if you want to cook some meat, but for a few days, cooking with pots only was not the worse. Also the doors can be quite hard to close, maybe it’s because the wood was expanded due to the heat but the handle really does not make it easy to close the door.

Pros:

Há um ponto de ônibus na esquina e o quarto disponibiliza o que é anunciado. No primeiro andar tem uma pequena cozinha com frigobar e um banheiro, e no segundo uma cama de casal.

Cons:

Apesar de ser a alguns metros da estação do metro, achei um pouco deserto quando cheguei e saí.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!
Pros:

Für Londoner Verhältnisse war es groß für 3 Erwachsene. Die Lage ist perfekt weil es nicht direkt in der City ist und somit auch nicht so überlaufen. Viele Supermärkte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
