Awesome location early check in and late checkout were amazing

Great apartment, with everything you require for a comfortable stay. There are bars and restaurants close by and the beach is across the road. A code was provided for the room, for self check-in, and we had no issues. We stayed for a couple of nights before our cruise. The port was approx 20mins away via Uber. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, so close to the beach. The property was whimsical and delightful, so many areas to hang out. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and more available for use included. The owners were friendly and personable, we saw several suites, all top notch and with fully functional kitchens. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure. Thank you so much ❤️

I like the location and how close it was to the beach and eateries
TV didn’t work. It seems that the shower needs a repair to it and it has to do with the pipeline from when it was hooked up. I had the same issue when we remodeled our bathroom. The shower and tub faucet ran at the same time which is something we ran into because we had to turn something completely all the way on the pipe otherwise the pressure was good and hot water was hot. And also, we found things from previous residence in the drawers. Small things like hair, ties, and chargers.
It was wonderful staying here. would like to visit again.

Great location proximity to beach is excellent. It is peaceful location and the owner/staff are on location if needed. We were met by owner staff member. Good WiFi available
We were able to use beach chairs umbrellas and coolers etc. which we did not travel with. We even saw a Starlink Rocket take off from Cape Canaveral.

The air conditioner unit in the room next to the bed sounded like an airplane engine everytime it turned on.
Theresa, Amy and the family that owns this were all so accommodating and friendly! The place is right across a one way street from the beach! The suite was clean and comfortable. They had chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. I can't recommend this place enough! Come and support a local place that has been family owned and operated for over 50 years!! ❤️👍⛱️
Loved everything! The only recommendation might be to have a few bottled waters in the fridge if someone arrives late at night and stores are closed.
Love this place! Super cute classic Florida style, just one block from a really calm part of the beach. Everything you'd want as far as food, shopping, or entertainment in the classic downtown of Cocoa Beach is within a few blocks' walk. What a steal! The hosts were so kind too, and everything you'd want to take to the beach is here too -- chairs, coolers even. I'm in love and can't wait to go back!
The property was very quiet, close to the beaches, very well kept, and close to everything we needed to get to.
The owner never stated that she is going to charge me an extra fee because I used Booking.com. Dishonest lies about the rate I should’ve been charged. When I booked, it said it included all taxes and fees, but then she tacked on $50 and refused to honor the price I was given.
I liked the the actual location of the suite I stayed in and couldn't of asked for anything better ....the price and amenities were even better than what I could have gotten at a hotel

The room was clean and nicely decorated but it didn’t have any comfortable chairs to sit in just the bed.
