Cons:

The accommodation smells very unpleasant. It is very noisy. Were awakened due to very loud and very long raving guests. The host was not available for queries. Although it is declared so, there is no reception. no one answered our question, also not via booking.
We could not have left the accommodation without the help of the nice cleaning lady. Key had to be left in aendem mailbox in the building, but the building could not be left without a key, also could not drive out with the car without a key?!
We were there 2 nights, our room was not cleaned, the toilet paper was not replenished, nothing refreshed.. The price-performance ratio does not fit at all. to pay over 400 per night is so unfair and I am deeply, DEEPLY disappointed that such a thing still happens in this day and age. I would like to have my money back. Bad, just bad for this price

Was a good but noisy stay
Pros:

The apartment was good cleaned and all the facilities are there. The staff in friendly and the location is good to be between Milan and Como-lake.

Cons:

Unfortunately, not all guests are social enough to make less noise after 10pm. The rooms are really noisy and that causes that you probably will wake up often in the night. This is partly because of the concrete floors above the apartments.

The wifi was stable, but quite slow. Unfortunately too slow to watch anything by internet in any quality.
