Super !
Pros:

- L'hôte de l'hébergement, Tra, est adorable et répond à tous vos besoins. Il m'a même fait à manger des nouilles délicieuses le soir où je suis arrivée.
- La chambre était très belle et l'emplacement, parfait pour partir randonner.
- Les pièces communes sont propres et bien équipées.
- Il y a un café très sympa à quelques pas (De Mong) et un restaurant vraiment chouette au bout de la rue (Pavi Garden)

Cons:

- Il ne faut pas avoir peur de la solitude. La seconde nuit où j'ai dormi là, j'étais la seule à avoir réservé et comme personne ne vit sur place, ça me faisait un peu bizarre d'être seule dans ce très grand logement.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf ungeben von kleinen Reisterrassen und viel Natur, wo man bei einem Spaziergang das Leben der Black Hmong ein Stück weit miterleben kann. Ich hatte ein großes Eckzimmer mit Balkon und einen wunderschönen Blick ins Tal und auf die
Berge. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett groß und sehr bequem. Dass die sanitären Einrichtungen, die sehr sauber waren, separat direkt neben dem Haus waren störte mich nicht. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Insgesamt alles sehr authentisch. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber gut. Die Ruhe dort habe ich genossen. Danke an Tra für die Hilfe beim Gepäck-Transport und die ganz herzliche Gastfreundschaft!!!

La propreté irréprochable du lieu.
La beauté du site et le soin apporté à la décoration (authenticité).
La réactivité de la personne qui gère le lieu, qui n'est pas sur place mais qui répond très vite et qui adapte le breakfast à la demande.
Les balades à pied facilement accessibles avec ou sans guide.
L'offre de repas à proximité.

Cons:

Le gîte est tout en bois et l'insonorisation entre les chambres n'est pas excellente.

Solo traveler trekking stay
Pros:

One of a kind experience away from the business of Sa Pa town center. Trekking literally starts at your door step. Tra who looks after the guests was by far the best, super attentive and helpful right from the start. As a solo traveler, he even took me around to the other side of the valley to capture the views.

Cons:

One thing to consider this place cannot be accessed by a car, it's about a 5 min walk from the main road. Be aware if you have heavy luggage is my only thought for next time.

Pros:

beautiful property and rooms. Breakfast cooked fresh each morning wheneevr you are ready (a choice between egg bhan mi and a banana pancake). Good local to go traipsing around trekking paths and cafes- don't worry about it bing far from town as town is miserable.

Cons:

Well, its not exactly a homestay (more a hotel) but im sure you gathered that. If you are set on going to sapa the property will give you the best possible experience but at the same time must say sapa level and type of tourism seemed to me unsustainable and depressing.

Ne vale la pena!
Pros:

La posizione è stupenda, lontana dalla città molto tranquillo e perfetto per il trekking. I proprietari due persone splendide, gentilissime e accoglienti. La struttura anche molto carina, tutto pulito. Wifi funzionante. Stra consigliata, lontanina dal centro ma ne vale la pena.

Właściciel najwspanialszy na świecie. Śniadanie przepyszne i świeżo zrobione ban mi z jajeczkiem. Pozwolił nam się zameldować kilka godzin wcześniej i zostawić bagaże po godzinie wymeldowania. Polecam. Kawałek od Sapy ale to miejsce to raj na ziemi.

It was very serene, staying in the village, slow life, beautiful views!! I liked the room and overall the simplicity of the place which is very lovely! Very nice hosts too, thank you for your hospitality guys!! Also what I liked that you can start hiking straight from the house 😁 I enjoyed a lot staying over here!

So cute. Very clean. Included breakfast banh mi's so yummy and honestly so peaceful here. You can do your own trekking from this location but if you want more variety for lunch and dinner you do have to commute to downtown sa pa which is a 30 minute drive away. Other than that though I loved this place so much.

Pros:

Beautiful location in the valley, outside the business of the main town. Tra the host was excellent and a great cook. He helped us with our laundry and organising a taxi.
Comfortable bed and room. Shared bathrooms but were kept clean.
