This is worst hotel till now we experienced in indonesia it was so bad we didn’t except this no clean bathrooms, cups very unclean and unhygienic!! Bad experience
Ummmm where to start !! No I haven’t got the time . Just NoNoNoNo No . I did Email last minute for a refund on the second day.. but of course no reply ever came . Don’t do it!!
The room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Trash under the bed, stains on the sheets, moldy bed and three dead cockroaches. A hole in the door let the cockroaches go in and out. Only good thing it is close to the airport and not to noisy during the night.
It says the front desk is 24/7 but when I got there no one was at the front desk. I tried calling and emailing but they said Expedia has the wrong information on there. So I was stuck outside the hotel for 2 hours waiting. I asked staff for help and they didn’t want to help me. I had to physically knock on the door of the room the front desk person was sleeping in to get into my hotel room. They apologized which was nice but I was still a bit annoyed. Also my room stunk and the ac barely worked. I asked for a room switch. They said okay but I never got that room switch. & I had to kill roaches that were in my room every day. There was 1 staff member I really liked and was very accommodating & I liked the location as well
Property was in good condition with very friendly people that made the experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend.
Beds were uncomfortable and bedding was stained
The shower upstairs would not drain properly
The bathroom downstairs the ceiling had water leak marks and mold and no shower curtain
Had to ask for some towels as there was 3 people and only 1 towel in the villa

Rooms have aircon and own bathroom. Minimarts just out on road.
DO NOT STAY HERE
Very unclean. No housekeeping, bins in the room and bathroom were not emptied once during my stay. Room smelled awful, was dusty and dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and there was very little natural light. Also, for a whole double room. There was 1 electrical outlet for the entire room.
Worst of all, the bed sheets were dirty and full of stains. The room did have a TV however it was broken. The outside area and the pool are very nice however the state of the rooms at this property let it down entirely.
Expressed my disappointment to management at the property yet have so far (nearly 2 weeks later) received no response. Disgraceful.
