There is NOTHING good to say.
We arrived to check in at 14:00 on 5 July. Called the person in charge of the booking. Claimed not to have received the reservation from booking.com, even though he said he had noted I had asked about parking. I had paid for the apartment on 2 July. He also claimed there were no apartments available but when I looked on booking's site there was still one available.
I had booked this place for my husband as I was having an operation in the evening at Herzlia Medical Centre and did not want him to drive back late at night. In the end he spent the whole night in my hospital room!~I am convinced it was a scam. He must be investigated
dont like the situation where the accommodation has no confirmation of booking, but worse than that are the telephone conversations with Booking.com, where we agree on a compromise to the situation but receive no confirmation, even though its promised!
There is NO way to write to Booking.com. Everything is by phone with no confirmation. I hope we can settle this amicably without resorting to further action!

After reservation, confirmation and I paid in full, I was contacted by the property manager and told there is no option to stay there!
I was left with nowhere to stay that night and I have not yet received my refund.
I have not yet received my refund!
I paid the full amount in advance, as required, the manager cancelled the booking and I still my payment has not yet been returned to me!
It's been a full week!

Matan was very nice sent me the relevant details, room is very spacious and clean, great location by marina, quiet building
when I got there it wasn't clear to me how I get to the room but not a big deal once I contacted Matan. Apparently there are other bookings in the same building so ensure to use the one with the good ratings.

The location and price
It was a scam. The host sent us a message saying that the door is open and the key in the door.
We came late to the property. The door was open but the property was extremely dirty. The kitchen was filled with dirty dishes. The house smell from cigarettes and everything was in a mess. It looked like someone was living there.
The owner didn't answer our calls. And lied to booking.com when we complained to them. He said that he talked to us which never happen. And refused to refund us - not talking about compensating us for getting stuck at midnight without a place to sleep the night.
