Pros:

Matan was very nice sent me the relevant details, room is very spacious and clean, great location by marina, quiet building

Cons:

when I got there it wasn't clear to me how I get to the room but not a big deal once I contacted Matan. Apparently there are other bookings in the same building so ensure to use the one with the good ratings.

IT IS A SCAM. TOOK OUR MONEY AND WE COULDN'T STAY THERE.

Cons:

It was a scam. The host sent us a message saying that the door is open and the key in the door.
We came late to the property. The door was open but the property was extremely dirty. The kitchen was filled with dirty dishes. The house smell from cigarettes and everything was in a mess. It looked like someone was living there.
The owner didn't answer our calls. And lied to booking.com when we complained to them. He said that he talked to us which never happen. And refused to refund us - not talking about compensating us for getting stuck at midnight without a place to sleep the night.

Perfect place, highly recommended for short stay.
Pros:

Perfect location. Comfortable room, you have everything you need for the stay. Free parking, which is very important in this area. Fully equipped kitchenette.

Cons:

Some dust was rolling on the floor. However, other than that, the room was clean.
