Etablissement bien situé , belle demeure historique , bonne literie.
Pros:

Petit dejeuner correct , sans plus.

Cons:

Déception en arrivant . A partir de 15h , il n'y a plus personne à la réception. Nous voilà confrontés à la modernité et la froideur des boîtes à clefs même si cela semble pratique. Lors d'un précédent séjour en 2025, c'est aussi l'accueil chaleureux à la réception qui faisait partie du charme de cet hôtel.
Néanmoins , je souligne la gentillesse et l'efficacité de la dame qui est venue après notre appel téléphonique.

Autre point négatif: les poubelles n'avaient pas été vidées et cela sentait très mauvais...surtout vu la chaleur du moment

Authentiek hotel midden in een hele mooie stad
Pros:

Het authentieke gebouw zo bijzonder, de mooie kamer in “het Begijnhof” op loopafstand naar alles wat het mooie Lier te bieden heeft. De kamer is groot, badkamer prima evenals het ontbijt.
Fijn dat we onze fietsen veilig konden stallen.

Cons:

Inchecken om sleutel te pakken. had duidelijker gekund. Daardoor onnodig gewacht. Ik bleek ook ‘enter’ te moeten aanklikken.

Pros:

Mooie locatie midden in het centrum. Gratis parkeren op 10 minuten lopen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en we komen hier steeds weer terug om te slapen tijdens Rock Werchter.

Cons:

De bovenkamers zijn relatief warm, maar dat is niet gek in een oud pand. Verder was alles weer prima in orde!
