Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein aber Essen von der Frühstückskarte frisch und lecker.
Das Badezimmer war klein aber sehr modern/frisch renoviert.
Betten waren sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es gab nur einen winzigen Schrank und einen Tisch, sonst keine Ablageflächen und nicht einen einzigen Haken an der Wand für Jacken etc.
Blick aus dem Fenster auf ein Flachdach mit rechts und links ein Klimagerät und gerade aus eine Wand. Die Geräte waren so laut, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Das Klimagerät im Zimmer klopfte ab und an, weshalb wir es auch ausschalteten.
Insgesamt Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, zu teuer!
Man hat sich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet, komfortabel, bestens ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und darauf bedacht, dass sich der Gast wohlfühlt. Ein sehr gut geführtes Unternehmen. Am Abend konnte man gleich im Restaurant, in das auch sehr viele Einheimische gehen, noch etwas zu sich nehmen oder in der hoteleigenen Bar/Pub noch etwas trinken. Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Dart-Station entfernt und man ist in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum, kann aber wenn man zurückkommt, noch einen Spaziergang am Strand machen.
Wir hatten die Suite, in der es nur eine Klimaanlage gibt. Man konnte nicht einfach einmal schnell die Fenster aufmachen, um etwas frische Luft reinzulassen. Eine kleine Hakenleiste/Garderobe für Jacken wäre auch eine Anregung.

Comfortable bed with high quality sheets and pillows. Very clean room. Bathroom was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rachel, who was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was superb, gorgeous fruit bowl, plenty of fresh pastry options, barista coffee with speciality milk and made to order eggs Benedict. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Eronder is een zeer goed lopend restaurant. Gezellig, goed eten, niet te duur..Veel gezelligheid maar totaal geen geluidsoverlast.
Deze combi is echt bijzonder.
Prijs voor de kamer is echt iets te hoog. Maar blijkbaar kun je dit vragen, want alle kamers zijn bezet.

The rooms were extremely well laid out and modern. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for the night. The restaurant was really lovely and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Super freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, gutes Frühstück, im Restaurant kann lecker gegessen werden. Gut an Bus und Bahn angeschlossen.
Zimmer und Betten eher klein, Matratzen etwas zu weich.
The staff from reception to the waiting staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
The room was everything we needed though we had problems with the coffee machine. We've never used one like this before and the pods kept being crushed without providing coffee.
The bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice touch adding take away slippers.
We particularly liked the outside roof areas for sitting outside away from everything.
Location couldn't be much better - 5-10 minutes walk to the Dart station. We have walked the whole coast from Greystones into Dublin and out to the lovely Howth and Malahide so we love using the Dart.
Blackrock park is beside the Dart station, part of a lovely walk to Blackrock and Dun Loaghaire, with their shops, pubs and eateries.
The Air coach from the airport drops/collects you at the junction of Booterstown Avenue.
We will definitely use the location again when we return to see my family again.

Flavoured teas(mint, fruit, etc) would be a great addition in the room and for breakfast.
The room was clean and well equipped. The cleaning lady did an excellent job.
The property felt overpriced compared with nearby five-star hotels offering similar rates and a higher level of service. In hindsight, I wish I had researched the options more carefully and booked a room with free cancellation rather than paying upfront.
Of the three front-desk staff members I encountered, only one lady with brown skin was friendly and helpful. The other two appeared cold and indifferent, and made little effort to engage when I made eye contacts with them with a smile. The hotel should ensure that every guest is treated with the same courtesy, warmth, and professionalism, regardless of race or nationality.
