Péssima estrutura. Não recomendo

Infelizmente tive uma péssima estadia... Reserva realizada dia 16/04/2022.
O hotel era completamente diferente do anúncio, quarto todo com móveis antigos, ar condicionado muito barulhento e este hotel fica ao lado de uma república masculina (muito barulho).

Como não era possível o reembolso, falamos com a moça da recepção que tentou arrumar um quarto "melhor"...

Pra um hotel inteiro tem apenas uma pessoa trabalhando (o que trás insegurança)..

E pra piorar, alugamos o quarto com café da manhã, que não estava disponível pois uma funcionária se demitiu na semana anterior.

O atendimento da moça da recepção foi bom, pois ela entendeu nosso lado e tentou ajudar nas suas condições. Mas a estrutura do hotel é horrível...

Caso queiram se hospedar em Conselheiro Lafaiete, recomendo irem ao hotel Minas Platinum (pude entrar no hotel e ver toda a sua estrutura), com excelente atendimento, quarto e café da manhã. E ainda por cima, mais barato que o Villa Real.

*Não gosto de falar mal das coisas, mas me decepcionei muito com este hotel, pois foi caro...

Pros:

Hotel no coração da cidade, estacionamento um pouco apertado, porém atendeu. Café da manhã de qualidade, com fartura e diversas opções. Quarto bom, com frigobar, ar condicionado funcionando, banheiro bem espaçoso, cama deixou um pouco a desejar por ser a união de duas camas de solteiro, mas no geral foi bem agradável.
