A charming, homey stay in a central location, with warm hospitality and a nostalgic touch.
Pros:

My brother had a wonderful stay at Asian Mountains in Bishkek. The location is excellent - central and convenient for exploring the city. What makes this place special is its homey atmosphere and personal, family-like touch. It doesn't feel like a typical hotel. The staff were very accommodating and allowed my brother to check in while he was still sorting out his payment method, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a charming, classic vibe that feels like stepping back in time. Overall, a warm and welcoming place with plenty of character!

Cons:

Communication through Booking.com could be improved. The hotel initially responded promptly to messages, but during my brother’s stay, they became unresponsive to messages sent through the platform.

ホテルの公式サイトに24時間稼働のランドリーマシーンがあると書いてあったが、実際はなかった。それを伝えたときのホテルスタッフの態度もあまりよくなかった。
予約サイトに電気ケトルがあると書いてあったが、なかった。その時も伝えたときのスタッフの態度はあまりよくなかった。

２泊だったが、２日目に観光していたら、いつチェックアウトするんだ、待っているんだけど、とWhatsAppでメッセージが来た。２泊していると伝えたらシステムが間違っていたとのこと。

Schön und gemütlich mit sehr netten Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist durch ihre kleinere Häuser mit einem Garten und Außenpool sehr gemütlich in einer großen Stadt.
Uns, als Familie mit kleinen Kindern, hat es gut gefallen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Ein paar Sachen waren kaputt gewesen, wurden aber nach der Ansprache sofort repariert.

Originell byggnad med stor trädgård
Pros:

Hotellet låg ganska centralt men på en sidogata omgiven av fula höghus och järnvägsspår. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam och pratade bra engelska. Det fanns en stor och fin trädgård, swimmingpool, blommor och växter överallt.

Cons:

På kvällarna luktade mitt rum och hela hotellet matos. Vid frukosten gick kökspersonalen runt och torkade av borden och plockade bort tallrikar medan man fortfarande åt. Det fanns ingen hiss och ingen som hjälpte till att bära upp väskorna. Gatan hade bytt namn, så taxichauffören kunde inte hitta hotellet, Booking.com skriver den gamla adressen på sin hemsida.

Horrible night portier but nice facilitied
Pros:

It was nice facilities and rooms but the girl at night at check in demanded 50% extra in cash as we came in early however we had confirmed with the hotel an early arrival and pick up. This took 1,5 hours until we finally paid by card the extras. The next day we got this money back when our Kyrgyz guide came to pickvus up.

See above. We liked the facilities, pool, yard and breakfeast
