Pros:

Чистота, персонал, достаточно простора и мебели в номере, завтраки (каша на молоке, масло, сметана, мед, самсы, пирожки с картошкой, с мясом, блины, блины с творогом, тосты, йогурт, яйца глазунья и отварные, свежие овощи и фрукты, сухой завтрак - это подавали нам на два завтрака, не всё сразу, но предостаточно, чтобы вкусно и сытно наесться), тепло в номере, регулируемые радиаторы отопления, одноразовые тапочки, набор для чистки зубов, шампунь, мыло, теплые полы в душевой, ухоженная территория (дорожки, фонарики, хвойный сад, беседки, скамейки), парковка с видеонаблюдением, серьезная библиотека в лобби, персонал быстро отвечает на сообщения, коллекция камней в лобби, вай-фай мощный на всей территории. Плюсов много. В целом уютно, хочется возвращаться. Спасибо персоналу и администрации замечательного отеля!

Cons:

В этом нет вины отеля, но должна отметить, что рядом идут две стройки, хотя с закрытыми окнами не слышно, поэтому мне вообще не принципиально.
И совсем близко проходят ЖД пути. Поезда, конечно, слышно. Нам было терпимо, но для кого-то это может показаться некомфортным.

Pros:

The reception girls were very pleasant. It was very nice and comfortable to stay there. The women who set up breakfast in the morning were generally fine, but there was one lady whom I asked whether the food she prepared contained meat or not, since I don’t like meat and don’t eat it. She simply ignored me.

On the last day — I stayed there for about 14 days — I accidentally spilled some coffee, and she expressed such obvious irritation, showing all her emotions as if it was something terrible and unacceptable. She was even clicking her tongue. I don’t understand why she behaved like that. Guests are the ones who pay their salaries, and I was not acting inappropriately. I don’t spill coffee every day. It’s not common for me to drop or break things. It wasn’t intentional. I find such behavior unprofessional.

Because of this moment, I believe the staff of this hotel is not trained to work properly with guests.

The breakfast itself was acceptable. The lobby is very comfortable, and the courtyard and surroundings are pleasant. Everything else I liked.

Accommodating, pleasant, safe good value.
Pros:

Clean, safe, very accommodating, lovely spacious room #17, very pleasant facility. The location is very good for me but it is next to the train tracks. I will stay here again.

Cons:

Internet did not allow video conferencing. Room heat was too high - I had to turn off the radiator. The breakfast was not completely out until after 7:15am. There are no elevators so I had to navigate my large luggage up and down small winding stairs. The staff did help with getting my luggage up the stairs which was greatly
appreciated.

Красивая территория сада вокруг, отличное местоположение, рядом с центром.Принадлежеости для душа и зубной набор, тапки , всё это было.В номере тепо, светло и в целом чисто и уютно

Pros:

We stayed there just for one night. The hotel is great, with beautiful garden and pool. The family room was very big, with kitchen and dinning room. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel is very near to railway line and is quite nosiy when the train pass.

Pros:

Брали семейный двухкомнатный номер. В номере есть кухня, но с минимальным (недостаточным) набором посуды.
Хороший завтрак.
Есть собственная парковка.
Во дворе есть небольшой бассейн.

Cons:

Стоимость номера администратор пересчитывает по своему курсу, который отличается от банковского в большую сторону, т.е. в сомах стоимость получается выше. Но если рассчитываешься наличными долларами, то сдачу считают по курсу меньше банковского. Разница получилась небольшая в районе 150 сом, но тем не менее - неприятно.
Одно из больших полотенец было все в пятнах. Нет коврика в ванной.
