Great hotel
Pros:

Thank you for the great time in your hotel. We made a reservation at your hotel after rejected by another hotel in Bukhara. We had a payment trouble with that hotel but because of the great hospitality at your hotel and the following up call, the trip in Bukhara became a wonderful one. In addition, since the payment trouble with another hotel was resolved, there’s no need for calling now with Expedia. We appreciate your support and service.

Location was great being walking distance to all the sights. Beautifully decorated in local theme. Owner had spent time in the US and spoke English well. 7USD transfer to the train station.

Pros:

Good location about 5 mins from the historic centre. Nice and varied breakfast.

Cons:

No one available when we arrived to check in so had to leave for a few hours. Texted the number provided as requested and never received a response. The bed was the least comfortable we had in Uzbekistan and we personally were not fans of the harsh lighting in the room or the window that looked into the hotel (and not outside). The breakfast terrace is great but a real shame they continue to use that even when the air temp is 10 degrees or lower. Nice place, just not for us!

Charming hotel close to center
Pros:

The hotel is very close to old town, nice design, comfortable bed. It is clean and the price value is perfect. The manager was kind and we got an offer to late check in for free.

Cons:

No windows on the room, and breakfast was on terasse and when we traveled was a bit cold.
