Perfekte Lage, toller Service und durchdachte Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof war für mich als Bahnreisende perfekt. So hatte ich bei echt miesem Wetter nur ein paar Meter zum Hotel. Mein Apartment war wirklich richtig schön und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Haus kein bisschen hellhörig ist. Ich bin sonst immer etwas empfindlich, wenn man ständig auf den Fluren etwas hört. Ich hatte jedoch manchmal das Gefühl, allein im Haus zu sein.
Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass das Personal wirklich unglaublich nett ist. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts 5 Personen an der Rezeption bzw. beim Frühstück erlebt. Und die waren durchweg sehr freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit.
Richtig gut gefallen hat mir der Fernseher, den man a) drehen konnte - entweder zum Bett oder zum Sofa - und auf dem man b) die eigenen Streamingdienste nutzen kann, indem man die Handyinhalte über Chromecast teilt. Das hatte ich so noch nie und fand es super genial.

Cons:

Das ist jetzt Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Vielleicht könnte die Küche etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck zum Beispiel. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, die man eigentlich nicht voll kriegen kann. Nicht mal halbvoll. Von daher ist die fast überflüssig.

Alles bestens, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Hervorragend ausgestattete Zimmer, perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt (ich hatte leider "nur" 1 Übernachtung aber werde das nächste Mal gerne länger bleiben. Und, für mich immer ein großer Pluspunkt; Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Team beim Check-in und Check-out!

Für uns 1. Wahl in Forchheim.
Pros:

Lage direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, dank Schallschutzfenster trotzdem ruhig. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.
Wirklich nettes Personal. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Eier in allen Varianten werden frisch zubereitet.
