Für uns 1. Wahl in Forchheim.
Pros:

Lage direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, dank Schallschutzfenster trotzdem ruhig. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.
Wirklich nettes Personal. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Eier in allen Varianten werden frisch zubereitet.

Personal beim einchecken nicht hilfsbereit. Verweist auf den Pad und auf Self checking. Und dies pünktlich um 18.01 da die Rezeption nur bis 18.00 besetz sei.

Ein unkompliziertes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Ein frisches und ungezwungenes Hotel mit nettem und aufmerksamem Personal. Das (optionale) Frühstück war vielseitig, frisch und lecker. Zum Wochenende waren die Gäste zum Frühstück überschaubar und daher eine ruhige Atmosphäre.
Die Straße nimmt man bei geschlossenem Fenster wirklich nicht störend war - die Bahnstrecke merkt man gar nicht. Die Lüftung im Zimmer ist gut, sodass kein Bedarf zum Öffnen des Fensters besteht. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist ideal für Geschäftsreisende. Das Restaurant im Haus (Pizzeria) ist super ( Geschmack und Preis-Leistung) und wird auch von externen Gästen genutzt.

Cons:

Die Parkregelung ist etwas speziell und wohl unter der Woche aufgrund weiterer Parteien im Objekt notwendig. Wir haben es als etwas undurchsichtig empfunden: Wenn man keine entsprechende Karte hat, zieht man zur Einfahrt immer ein Ticket - auch nur zum Entladen oder zur Zufahrt der öffentlichen Ladesäule. Je nach Tageszeit der Ausfahrt ist ein entwertetes Ticket (6 € / Tag) notwendig oder auch nicht... Südlich, auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen kostenfreien P+R Parkplatz.
