Pros:

The property is in an excellent calm location with good connectivity. The room was spotless and comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for families.

Bad personnel.
I don't understand how booking.com can accept such places on their site. Be careful because of such hotels the reputation of booking.com is at stake.

Pros:

I booked for a single room for 3200 for 4 person but they providef 2 rooms with single beds charhing 4100 for stay. Not satisfied with rooms provided. No hot water. AC was frequently down. The booked room was provided to some other guest. Want refund of 1000 as the facilitis were very bad
