We liked the location, so far the best price for an apartment to city center. Close to 2 Metro stations, grocery.

Would be great to do modern design renovation for the apartment to look more attractive, but perfectly fine just for a few days stay.

Flat smelled like cigarettes, bad WiFi
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and nice

Cons:

People were smoking in the flat. Because this is a shared property the whole building smelled like cigarettes. WiFi was in dining area and could barely reach our room. Poor connectivity. Check in requires staff who drives to the site, not on site , so you have to time it right. Location is quite the walk from the Metro station, not strategic

Está bien en relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Se comparte el baño con otra habitación y la verdad todo estaba muy limpio. Hay que caminar un poco desde el metro… Les recomiendo caminar desde la estación Mirti, tiene más vida en la noche esa estación y siempre está poblada. Y como último dato, todos los cafés o bares que estan entre el alojamiento y la estación Mirti son super baratos, hay cafés que por un desayuno completo pagas 4€.

Cons:

Un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad y no está tan cerca de la estación de metro.
