Pros:

First impressions are important, and the host John made the area around the accommodation very positive with his friendly approach from the start. The property itself is very nice, and the double bed feels like you're sleeping on a cloud.

nice accommodation for good price
Pros:

nice room, friendly staff, in February there are not warm nights in Rome, but the AC has heating mode :)
metro station Mirti is not far away, there are some good and not expensive restaurants around.

Cons:

window on bathroom is not possible to close (but John said they will fix it)

Letti non pronti: le lenzuola erano in un cassetto ed erano tutte con angolo (solo parte inferiore), di cui un paio di lenzuola sporche ed uno con dei capelli all'interno. Sedie senza seduta completamente sfondate, un cuscino chiudeva il buco. Casa fredda: termosifoni non funzionanti e nessuna istruzione su come attivare il riscaldamento: c'erano climatizzatori a soffitto solo nelle due camere da letto, e uno dei due telecomandi era scarico; se si accendeva la caldaia, questa gocciolava dai raccordi. Copriletto estivi sui letti singoli della cameretta al 17 gennaio. Bidet senza acqua calda in bagno.

Pros:

La chambre était très propre et tout est fonctionnel, il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine, notre hôte John a été tres disponible malgré notre retard dû a l'avion et a notre transfert, la petite terrasse est très agréable
